I liked the beginning, it started out great. Then towards the end it went over the top. With so many twists and turns you began to expect them. I didn't think it was one of Pachinos better movies. I still like him in The Insider and Farrell in The Phone Booth.

This film is nowhere as good as Spy Game. While the story / Plot is similar in some sense SpyGame exceeds the recruit.
I think this is one of Al Pacinos poorer films. He looks OLD in this one.
