Edna, shortish hair, not quite to the shoulders. Brown in colour. Round, not angular features.
You, not a clue.
But then before I saw a picture of Dim I had this imahe of quite tall, wityh light brown hair. Got the facial features right on her though.

OH, I do it all the time. I talk to loads of people every week on the phone at work who I've never met and I always end up having a mental picture of them, and normally it's completely wrong.
