ESB-Han flies closer to one of the "big ones" and poor 3P0 is seen clutching tightly to chewbacca's back. Either he is really scared and needs a strong Wookie shoulder to cry on, or he has no sense of balance.Also in Heir to the Empire even Mara Jade calls him "Prissy".
