Why are all the times on this thing US times? All the members seem to be British (please don't all come on and say "I'm not, blah, blah", I haven't checked every profile)!

Yep, the server that is hosting the board is in the US.
AFAIK, Dim, Gundark, JO are also from the US.
If you scroll down to the bottom, you can see what time the board is currently using.
