Here are my many reasons why Ginny would be perfect for Harry:
Anyway, how can anyone say that there were no signs of Harry/Ginny in book five!!! It was everywhere!!! I mean with the library sence, Ginny is the only one who can calm Harry down and get him out of that cocky-I'm-pissed-at-everyone else-that isn't-me-mood! Then she gives him the easter egg, which has snitches on it! Also with the Quidditch thing, Seekers tend to go out with Seekers right? Cho/Cedric, Harry/Cho, Cho/Mike. and so. . . Harry/Ginny! Then there is the part in " Snape's Worst Memory" when James starts to doddle L.E. with snitches around it, Lily MUST have been the Gryffindor Seeker, like Ginny was for a short period of time. Also, Ginny told Harry that she wants to be a Chaser rather then a Seeker. A Chaser just like James had been and Harry is a Seeker just like his mother had been, just switch them around and. . . well there you go! Oh, there are so many similarities!
Finally, there is the scene in the Department of Mysteries were the group split up into two groups of three. And if you noticed the teams were: Harry, Hermione, Neville and Ginny, Ron, and Luna. Now Harry and Ginny which seem to be the strongest were also the leaders of the groups and the least hurt. Then there was Ron and Hermione the ones that were hurt the worst! Ron with his brain damage and Hermione with her near fatual spell attack, which, if had been said aloud, would have killed her! Finally, we have Luna and Nevllie the two that you would expect to be the ones that would be hurt the worst with only minor pains! Luna had blacked out, but other then that was okay, and Neville only got a bloody nose! Go Neville!!! She any conections?
Also, just thought I'd add this. In the end of SoC Dumbledore tells Harry that there is a bond between Harry and Ginny now. Like a bond that there is between Harry and Wormtail. Oh, there are just soooo many clues to Harry/Ginny in these books! My favorite though, being the scene in SS were Ginny wished Harry good luck and chased after the train! Why you ask? Because like JK said it was at King's Cross were her father asked her mother to marry him! So, we first meet Ginny and notice her at King's Cross Station where Harry notices her too!

Oh, and about Ron getting made over that, I don't think so!!! Actually, Ron is FOR Harry/Ginny! Because after Ginny says that she is going out with Dean Thomas Ron says:

He cast Harry an oddly furtive look as he said it."
So as you see Ron SUPPORTS Harry/Ginny!!! ^-^
Oh, and James was a Chaser J.K. even said it in an interview! ^-^ She said that they made that mistake in the movie. Oh, and if you are confused on *why* James was showing off with a Snitch, well Lily tends to be the Gryffindor Seeker the clues seem to be all there. I was like," No way! Lily was Seeker! I should have known. . ." I mean everyone always says that Lily's last name is Evans and he was scribbling L.E., Lily Evans. Also what a way to get her attention, by trying to show off as a natural with the one ball she to catch! Yeah know? And he liked Lily, she just didn't start liking him until Seventh Year when he started to mature and became Head Boy!
By the way, Hermione says in the book," Ginny's given up on you, Harry." Or something VERY close to that! And given up and over are two very different things!!! Given up means that you still love them inside, but you aren't going to wait for them to get up and smell the roses! While over is when you are completely over someone and don't really care for them in a lover type way, and don't really care if they notice you or not. Very different. . .
Those are my reasons why Harry should end up with Ginny!!! I have more, but that would just be too long and take up too much time!

Just because Ginny may still have feelings for Harry means nothing. Harry does not return them. Also how could Ginny love Harry? Seriously, she started her ‘crush’ on him when she saw him. Therefore she fell in love with the Boy-Who-Lived, not Harry Potter. She was never really close to him, or talked to him enough to fall in love with him.Also this is 15 for Harry and 14 for Ginny. Their both to young to be In love with anybody.

Erm- Harry doesn’t really notice her.. he notices a Red-Headed family with an owl, and after they make it through the barrier he notices Ginny. and even then he never thought she was pretty or thought enough to speak back......
He never said what kind of bond. There is Brother-Sister Bonds, Blood Bonds, but their bond is through TMR… which is not a really good way to be bonded.
Please don't mention Snapes Worst Memory... that makes me sooo mad.. anyway
**eye roll** Man… come on. The old Lily/James=Harry/Ginny thing? Very old, okay but here is something. Harry is not Lily, nor James… These are not facts… hard core facts are needed in a debate, or things were can infer from the books…

Harry/Hermione- There is a wonderful artical on Suger Quill on this. I will give the link... Also Hermione told Harry to tell Cho she was ugly. Okay, I don't care no matter how little you like a guy you never tell him to say that.... I really do think they have a Sister/Brother thing going on. Also every time a Interviewer brings it up in an interview J.K. gets a really disgusted look on her face.
Harry/Ginny- Eh- No. The basis of Harry/Ginny's 'Relationship' was the fact that she had a crush on him. If she didn't than I highly doubt that there would be so many... I think people are trying to but themselves in Ginny, make the boy that you like fall madly in love with you when there have not been any signs that the boy likes you/Ginny.
Ron/Luna- See above. Okay Luna May have a crush on Ron, but, but if Ginny can grow out of Hers, so can Luna. Also her laughing that hard may have been Luna's Loonyness... we never know really.
Luna/Neville- Uh- No, he was afraid of her when they saw her... see

Also most people put Luna with Neville because they already SHIP Herm/Ron and Ginny/Harry.
Herm/Ron- Don't feel like doing this one, but it will happen....... we all know it....
Ginny/Neville- Well didn't anyone notice how near the end Neville spacifially wanted to save her? Also, somehow.... I think that Ginny will come to terms with Neville, I got vibes but I can'r remeber from where.... I'll see if I can find it....

Mmk, From what I've read, this is my interpretation of the H/G ship.
Ron may only approve of Harry as a boyfriend for Ginny because he trsusts and knows Harry. He also knows that Harry knows that if Harry ever broke Ginny's heart, Harry has six older brothers on his tail. Besides, Harry's practically a Weasley, and a bit like Ginny's older brother. I still think that Ginny still has a small crush on Harry, but has moved on. And I agree with Lokia, the type of bond was never specified and may very well be (99% likely) be through TMR.
And Harry looks like his dad and Ginny red haired. Cliched and overused, much? It's too predictable and with no basis.
And so Ginny calmed Harry down? Well, look below.
Now, to H/L.
From the begining, Luna and Harry have formed a bond. How? you ask. Through being able to see the thestrals. She was also the reason why the truth about Voldemort came out (if it wern't for her, the news wouldn't have gotten published).
After our beloved Sirius died and Harry is feeling angry and bitter after talking with Nearly Headless Nick, he finds Luna and all the anger vanishes:

In interviews with JKR THERE IS INEVITABLE INFO STATING THAT THOSE TWO ARE MEANT TO BE.
As LilyGinnyBlack has stated before...we 1st meet Ginny at King's Cross...where JKR's parents met...King's Cross is an actual place...... Harry is looking at Ginny as she is running after the train......

The Diary to me is a very scary object. It's a really, really frightening object. This manipulative little book with the temptation particularly for a young girl to pour out her heart to a diary, which is never something I was prone to, but my sister was. For me... King's Cross Station is a very, very romantic place, probably the most romantic station, purely because my parents met here. So, that's always been part of my childhood folklore. My dad had just joined the navy, my mum had just joined the Wrens, they were both travelling up to Arbroath in Scotland from London and they met on the train pulling out of King's Cross. So, um... I wanted Harry to go to Hogwarts by train -- I just love trains, I'm a bit nerdy like that. And obviously, therefore, it had to be from Ki-King's Cross.
