Thanx MerMOrgan02...I like your name too!!! The books can't be finished tho...she's still writing the sixth one. She has the last chapter of the 7th, but thats all. The majority of the 6th, and the last chapter of the 7th. They are not finished. J.K. wouldnt do that to us. She won't even make us wait so that the audio translations come out at the same time as the books. They come out several months after the books, and she knows that as soon as the books are done, they better be in the stores.
J.K is onna make more people die, and they will probably be ones we love. (If you're wondering where I got that, I read it on her site. She will be killing more characters.) But when it comes to Voldy and Harry, I don't know. I hope she doesn't kill Harry, but if she did, she would have him go out in a way that we could live with. If he doesnt die, then he will lose people who are uber close to him. (Uber is my new word!! Its uber cool!!) There is no way she would have it be a happy ending, I think we're all in agreement there.

Its one of the best words out there if you ask me But your right, I dont even think the 6th book in finished...although rumors get me excited as well But I think that the book will be out by at least april...cuz she said that she doesn't expect any baby related problems or interuptions...and she announced that she was pregnant in july...i'm sure i've said this before

It would still have to go throught the publishing process, and that takes a while. So we might have to wait a little even after she has her baby. Hey, wouldn't her baby then dlay the 7th book??

just a quick post on my thoughts about the book 6 release. actually not really my thoughts, i just agree with what i've read.
while the posts were kinda slow here the last few days and i couldn't satisfy my HP obsession i went snooping around at mugglenet some and most poeple there seem to think it'll be june/july. a couple of the reasons being that that's how it was with the other books and more important because amazon and some other website have this thing where you could preorder the book 6 months before it came out (at least last time) so they could estimate how many to order and such and they have not started that yet - well, obviously since there isn't a release date. also there is this whole discussion about jk saying on her website that she proof read 20 chapters (i saw it with my own eyes) but now it only says she read 20 chapters. i was so hoping for end of this year but i guess i kinda knew it wouldn't happen cause i didn't think they would release the dvd PoA and book 6 one right after the other. just thought maybe, since her clues on her website have benn coming more frequently.
that turned out too be a longer post than i wanted so i'll stop even if i forgot to add something.

oh, I am beyond pumped to stand in some long at midnight when the book comes out...thats half the fun! and then staying up all night reading it So, I don't think i'll be preordering it...but padfoot, what you said makes sense, if shes done w/ it by april, it still might have to be published and all that stuff. But i'm still optimistic...I have to be, I don't know how much longer i can wait!
but in relation to your comment, thats true for the movies in general...but i thought it was the best out of the three...for me it was more believeable, and "realistic." and it definately flowed better.
It's not a rumor, it's true, as far as i know, and when it comes 2 harry potter, i know a whole lot. I got it from a friend who, if u ask me, reads WAAAAAAY 2 much newspaper.
This thread is not doing very well...its starting to die... I think that we've just about covered this topic. Does anyone have anynew theories about the prophecy?? Or any of it??
