It would be foolish for them to try to edit 5 hours worth of watchable film into 2 hours, it woulda ruined the movie.

I'd much rather pay the extra 9 bucks and go two times in order to see the film the way it was meant to be seen.

I couldnt restrain myself... hadda go see this! So I did, and I kinda regret it. The wait for Vol 2 is tearing me apart! Then there'll probably be a year long wait for the Special Edition dvd boxed set! Waiting sux!

I think I have a new favorite movie of all time. And I've only said that once since seeing Star Wars in '77!

WOW 9 bucks, tickets here are about 6-7 dollars depending on what time you see the movie.

I went to see kill bill this wednesday (first day it was released in Belgium F*cking margi country)

I'm quite a tarantino fan, I ove his other 3 movies. They are alll master pieces in my opinion. Tarantino always makes great use of Flashbacks, to add more dimension to his movies. Also sound and soundtracks are quite important in his movies. I LOVED THE KILL BILL SOUNDTRACK (it was just awesome how much more depth such a scene can get with the "right" soundtrack) Also the font and colour for the on screen text, the idea to divide it into chapters, the colours from decor and costum.

Tarantino uses everything he can to make this movie, another master piece and for any so called downside there is usualy a reason

(I paid 6 euro's)

damn a matine is only 4.50$ here. I paid 12$ to see episode 1 in Newyork. I only paid as much because i thought i was gonne get my money's worth. It was almost a year before i went to another movie after that expierence. Lucas ruined my expierence seeing some good movies in the theater. 12$ is just insane I have to work almost two hours for that. When i see a movie i dont expect having to work two hours to enjoy it. When i breakdown and dont go to matine, i usually earn and work harder than the director who made the piece of shit i wasted ten dollars on. I have to say i worked two hours to sit through a piece of garbage.

Great action flick! Never thought I'd see one of Charlie's angels get scalped. Keep them Hanzo blades away from me! Can't wait for the 2nd half.

tarantino is more like an artist than a director...he's obviously a fan of japanamation along with most of his fans. unlike LOTR, this movie's not for everyone.

i was just going through the kill bill review and u said: matrix has a good and unique storyline

well the whole idea of matrix is war against the machines, which was taken from terminator( the directors said it themselves) so just tellin ya not screamin at ya cool

It's cool. smile
Well it may not be TOTALLY unique, but then again no movie today is. I was talking about the Matrix per se. The whole plot that you're life today is just a program inside a computer.
Also my point in saying that was, there's a reason for them to make Matrix 2 & 3 at the same time. The first Matrix had so many fans and influenced the whole movie industry that it was justifiable to make two new movies. LOTR was justifiable because..well..it was a three part book in the first place. Kill Bill however, had none of these reasons. roll eyes (sarcastic)

Kill Bill was justifiable because of its extreme running time.

Plus, I have a feeling Vol. 2 of Kill Bill will offer a twist that we have not expected.
