RC, you know that Pelloran is the head of the pirates (and if the pirates are in charge around here. then he is running things). As to who his 'friend' could be, and who he had killed you have no idea.
Meanwhile, Phinney, as you speak, the Dug stops kicking rh man and looks at you. Then he begins a ferocious tirade at YOU, jabbering and pointing and gesturing. Lucky you don;t understand his language, though you think he does KNOW your language, just he doesn't use it when angry..
You sense he may well turn violent on you in a moment.

Oooh, this is entertainment!
A circle is soon created by the onlookers watching this fight between the stranger and notorious violent hard-nut Dug Jemel. Mind you, you can't help thinking they are on HIS side.
Seeing his first blow coming made it easy to block, Phin, and your Jedi semnses will be very helpful. HOWEVER, unarmed combat is not exactly your speciality, and Dug's are very dangerous.
Drawing your sabre would probably end the fight in seconds. but it could make the general situation much worse.
Or you could try and back out now, either by finding a way to talk him down or simply running.
Or one of your friends may intervene in one way or another...
Your call.

Gundark had not moved when Phinney had chosen to step into the confrontation between the dug and the unknown man. But as she assessed the volitile situation, she decided perhaps a show of strength might diffuse things quickly enough to avoid a potentially fatal altercation.
She tossed her hood back and grasped her sabre hilt firmly, elbowing her way through the crowd to the now well-open circle that had formed around the unknown man, the dug and Phinney.

RC stands watching, waiting for just the right moment before... He strides up to the crowd and pushes his way through.
"JEDI!" RC spits, "and ganging up on one Dug. Typical of your kind."
He can tell they're not getting it.
"Guardians of peace and justice throughout Galaxy indeed! Picking a fight with an innocent bystander more like. We don't need your kind of justice here."
Standing between his comrades and the maintaining his Ground, RC continues.
"Now put away your fancy laser swords and get out of here before you get arrested for disturbing the peace. You have no jurisdiction here!"
