Ok, guys, developments have, er, developed to the point where Quam has taken yerssot prisoner with an eye to turning him.
yerssot, your official status is now 'Tested'- as opposed to these guys who are all well and truly fallen. A Knight who is being tested by the Dark Side is a rare thing- this sort of thing should be left behind after Padawanship. Still, in such a galaxy and over time, testings do happen, and sometimes produce bona fide Dark Siders should a one-time letting of anger become a regular habit.
Yerssot, it appears the Dark Siders have discovered the way into the archive, in the form of a force-field bridge that extends deep into the darkness on the far side of the room. Along that bridge now come Chion- the large one- and a man who can only be Kuylen.
Having seen the end of the fight, they are aware of the situation. Each of them is carrying a bag with stone tablets inside.
"He is now your responsbility," says Kuylen to you, Quam. "And as for you," he says, turning to yerssot, "if any of us even suspect you are wavering, we will kill you immediately. Understand?"

Quam and yerssot leave the narrow corridor where they fought. Yerssot looks beaten, tired and disappointed. Quam accompanies his young prisoner to meet Kuylen.
"Master", Quam spoke, "we have a new ally. Strong with the Force but not very adept. But he has much anger in him, he has decided to join us."
Quam takes out the sabre that yerssot had stripped of its emblems and hands it to Kuylen who seems more occupied with other matters. "His lightsabre, my Master. Now, can I go and face the other one, their leader, the Jedi called... Gundark? I have a score to settle with this one."

Kuylen smiles, amused.
Then, suddenly, a loud noise starts to echo all around, and the building begins to shake. Kuylen looks stright up, through one of the gaps in the ceiling.
"The mining laser," he says, with remarkable calm.
SOMONE has activated the mining laser up on the platform, with every intention of destroying this place. In fifteen minutes this whole place will be gone forever.
"The archive," says Kuylen. "Take what you can. Quickly!"

"Now hurry!" Quam snaps at him. He then grabs two bags and starts making his way to the exit.

Quam returns to quicklyt scan through the archive. He finds a few tablets with more wierd inscriptions. But there's a little drawing of jagged lines..... several of them. COuld this be the infamous Force lightning he had heard about? He quickly places it in a secert pouch underneath his robe and then makes his way out, through the mirror room and into the main hall.
He suddenly sensed a presence. He had felt this several times before during this mission.... Gundark.... "Where are you, Gundark? I have been waiting for you...." he speaks through the Force.

In Lance's absence I am assuming that Rex escapes him.
Rex, the slow destruction of the monastery has allowed you to escape, but now you are outside, The icy conditions are becoming harsher as the forcefield fails and the cold seeps in from outside. You are also somewhat lost...
Meanwhile, a large portion of the ceiling falls down inside the hall you guys are in.
"Get what you can to the landing pad," orders Kuylen. It's rather tragic. The archive consisted of thosuands and thousands of tablets, and you have recovered barely more than 100. Still, it will suffice for now.
Cracks and crevices are opening up all around. Numerous routes exist to get through to the entrance hall without messing arounf with the mirror tests. But the tunnels that lead there are dark and forboding...

The icy winds are howling loudly. Gald gets his distance from the massive, snow-buried structure. A large, red hot laser is pounding into the building. Suddenly, he steps onto some ice and falls through. The water is a stinging cold, but he manages to Force leap out of the frozen lake.

Yerssot and queeq- it's difficult going through the rubble-strewn corridors, as the monastery threatens to shake itsaelf to pieces. However, you find a route through soon enough.
And a few mometns later, you come face to face with two Jedi- the Master, Gundark, and Lance Windu...
BTW, Chion is following behind you two but the Jedi do not know that.

MOD NOTE- I want to stamp down on this now, following a talk with yerssot...
I do not want any more direct linking of tablets from the archive with powers. That is not how the archive works; its not a bloody powers primer, it's more like an encyclopedia- with very large bits missing.
Look, EVERYONE gets opportunities to advance in powers between games. You guys having the archive gives you a reason to be ABLE to advance in the first place; it's not a shortcut to ultimate power. It is about you people going from being hunted criminals with no future to an organisation to be afraid of.
Queeq clearly wants the Force Lightning, so he will be advancing in Force powers. But Lightning is a long way off! it is, pretty juch, the ultiamte Dark Side power. Queeq is neither a Revenant nor an Orphan; Edna is far more likely to get it before him and even that is a way down the road. But it IS possible.
What does NOT happen is that he just picks up the lightning tablet, reads it and says "Ok, now I can do my Palpatine impression."
Just needed to make that clear to all DS players.

What, becoming Emperor suddenly gave Palpatine the ability to do Lightning? Strange idea... I think you will find he could do it anyway...
It will, of course, be impossible for you to link up with the others in time, Rex. We'll have to wait for the Gundy/queeq et al situation to be over...
