I just watched her again in #2 - seems with satellite, one or the other is always on! - but, I can't imagine anyone else in the role.
She might suck.. but she's doing such a good job at portraying the snobby know-it-all role, it's smeared over to your hatred of her in real life. That's a sign of a pretty good actress.
I'm not sure who they could replace her with, because she IS Hermione..
