No, that is (so far) just in the preview for X-Men (2nd Series) #167...
It most likely has to do with the "greater danger" mentioned in the previews...

What ever happened to that young X-Factor character that was like a mutant rocket?....He would fly around with flames shooting out of the bottom of his torso and produced and energy field around himself..... There was alot of interest around him because he was perceive as being very powerful...
