What is odd about the fighting stance that Vader adopts against Obi-Wan in ANH?

Nothing right so far. LW is right, I specified stance. It's not that he used BOTH hands (which of course, they both did), but it is in that area...

The only lightsabre thing I know about Vader (if we are still on topic with the lightsabre thing) is that Vaders lightsabre is in one scene white and not red

Yeah, when they forgot to add the effect.
Actually, there is a fundamental diffrerence between his stance then and in the ither fights. Not least because the first was a fencing duel and the others were semi-Kendo. But it is more fundamental than fighting style.

The feet would actually probably be affected, but a more obvious clue is higher up.
