The special efects were really cool...4 instance, the battle with the squiddies!!!That was the best robot fight I have ever seen!on the other hand, the story and the rest was terrible.I mean the way Neo got out the trainstation was a little easy...All of the sutten,Smith is also capible of flying! In reloaded,Neo was able 2 defeate an army of Smiths. Now Neo can't even defeate 1!!!Now what's that all about!
I think that if the Wachowski Bross had put a little more time and effort in it,they could have think about these little detailes. They could also could have put some more bullite-time in the picture.
Oh well, there's no such thing like a perfect picture,so maby I'm a little 2 hard on the Brothers...
the matrix films are movies that delve deeply into detail. Infact they go so deep it comes off as confusing to people. this is because people dont pay attention. Attention wasnt payed because they werent intrested enough to pay attention. If it is the type of movie you like then you see how the wachowski brothers wrote every word, and planned every action with the entire story in mind. there arent many movies with as much depth as the matrix. however if you diddnt like it then chances are you diddnt bother to pay attention to the little details which strengthen the plot.

Of course we expected more.. there was so much more that could be done.. Xmen 2 ...Great movie so many awsome well thought out scenes..LOTR return of the King great movie.
Revolutions..simple not well thought out. Yes sure the over all plot pointed where it did. Its not the over all storyline its the way it was executed. These guys are capable of great things..and Revolutions was not. Reloaded introduced good battle sequences..excellent new interesting characters. they opened the door for so much then closed it all.
The movie came out too fast..look at the time span from Matrix then Reloaded..then Revolutions..that alone should tell you something.
the time line of the two movies being released has no bearing seeing how they were filmed together. LOTR trilogy was filmed together. The movies were complete at the same time.
Revolutions took a chance with being different from the previous two. A chance i greatly appreciated. Instead of being redundant, and staying inside of the matrix, and giving us larger battle scenes we already witnessed in the first two. The movie broke away and went to a new realm which was the real world. It focussed on character development, and suspense. Which strengthend the story. Sure they could have taken the easy way out, and stuck with the formula of the other movies. which was gravity breaking fight scenes set on a grand scale, with a few hints here and there about what the matrix is and who these characters really are. Instead they focused on expanding the story and characters, with action sequences totally different from the previous two. each film was an original elaboration onto the story which took on it's own style. These cats cared about what they were selling and how the people would react. thats rare

I watched both Revolutions and ROTK and ROTK rocked.
Revolutions was not as good as i thought it would be, the Squiddies attack was so awesome but, it just got crap after dat, i laughed when trinity died and i thought there wasn't enough bullet-time. There was only one good scene of Bullet-Time and you have to watch 2 hours of crap first to see it. Its in the poo fight scene at the end with Neo and Agent Smith. Wtf was dat. Nothing compared to the Burly Brawl. it looked like dragon ball z them flying into each other. so gay. I quite liked Reloaded, i noe many of you didn't but i thought it was awesome then they stuffed up revolutions. The first and second matrixes, howeva u spell it, had a fair amount of bullet-time for my liking but one scene of bullet-time in the whole of revo, that was pure crap. Oh well, lets hope The Matrix Online will do better than Revolutions, Smells.
Go Banana Power!

nope, I wasn't to be honest, had to bite my tongue to stop myself from laughing.
Not because it was a bad scene or whatever, just because:
1.) it was WAY too long
2.) I dont believe the whole Neo/Trin thing...simply no chemistry.
Here is my review:
Revolutions wraps up the trilogy nicely. I know alot of people have critisised the ending, for being too cheesy or whatever. But, what would've been awful if the *thinks - is what im about to type classified as a spoiler?* humans had destroyed the machines and humanity had won the war outright. That wouldv'e sucked.
Anyway, i felt very cheated at the lame explanation for Neo's abilities in the real world. It couldve been so much more in depth, not MWAM..(hell no)..but just not that.
The super brawl was breath taking. It is very DBZ-esque, but nether the less, it is a breath taking scene, with some very symbolic and visually amazing imagery. Simply amazing, Hugo Weaving is on top form as Smith...and I cant help but feel sad that [SPOILER - highlight to read]: Smith is dead.
The dock attack scene, OMG...not a word was spoken in the cinema with that part. [SPOILER - highlight to read]: Mifune's death, and his last words..were cheesey though. The kid is very irritating, and i couldnt help but roll my eyes, when he said..[SPOILER - highlight to read]: "Neo, I believe".
Even so, this scene is one of the best in the entire trilogy.
This answers most questions, but leaves some for us to think about ourselves. I doubt very much there will be a matrix 4, but AniMatrix 2.
Personally I greatly enjoyed the film. In combination with the other films, the game, the animatrix, the comics, and the album's (Yes I consider them a contribution to the plot, feel and grandure of the series) I would have to say that they are my favorite movies EVER. Lots of people comlpain about some lines that they don't understand or an aspect of the plot they didn't like but if you have seen ALL the films, the game included, then you will understand a lot more. As to the many corny lines throughout the film, they were usually said by a purposfully corny charachter, like the kid (Neo, I believe).
DId anybody realized that the ending was basically the Dune series.
Neo fights Agent Smith, loses eyesight but still can see because he's the one. Trinity dies. and then Neo saves everybody and goes off in the distance and dies? (well we dont know)
In Dune
Paul loses eyesight but still can see because he's the Kwisatz Haderach (the one). His wife dies, Chani. and saves his empire and then goes off in the desert and dies.
I wouldnt mind if this was the cause and trying to remake the Dune series but with a different spin. but they werent. The brothers were making something completlly orginial.
In the third, and final chapter of The Matrix trilogy, Neo must face the ultimate challenge as he fights his opposer in the fight to end all fights. Meanwhile, Zion, the last human city, undergoes a final fight with the machines, leading to either survival, or eradication!
This is the best one in the series! The ending was spectacular and Neo and Smith's fight was the most adrenaline-rushing fights I've ever seen!
Frankly....i reckon matrix reloaded was the best matrix ever..then matrix 1 and the revolutions....matrix 3 was good but i really expected better for the last one.....
i hate when they could of made a movie much better
