Londoners pay respects to U.S. terror victims
LONDON (Reuters) - Buckingham Palace has staged a special Changing of the Guard dedicated to victims of the terror attacks on the United States.
In an unprecedented move on Thursday, a military band played the U.S. national anthem during the sombre ceremony, attended by the Duke of York and U.S. ambassador to London William Farish.
Hundreds of mourners observed a two-minute silence under a grey sky as a mark of respect to the thousands feared dead after Tuesday's kamikaze plane crashes into the World Trade Centre in New York and the Pentagon in Washington.

Yes, 11am for the UK, noon for Europe as I understand.
I guess the best bet is to keep an ear to the radio in the morning.
