This has become the 6th highest rated game of all time, and is definitely the best snowboard game ever. EA has done so many improvemens over the last games in the series it's crazy. If you do a freeride down from the top of the highest peak you can actually ride for half an hour without any breaks or loading times! 
The flow, the spot-on controls, the soundtrack, the size, it all adds up to one of the fines games of the year.

Gamecube. They're all pretty much equal(somewhat sharper graphics on gamecube and xbox), except PS2 which has online, EA only goes online with PS2, hgmdfg. But even so, the single player experience is the greatest.

You've got to at least rent F-Zero GX. I bought the Japanese version a few months back and i've been playing it ever since. Seriously good and the speed, especially when boosting is very, very fast.

i love the SSX series and SSX 3 is brilliant. i got it on the PS2, and usually im totally against the other consoles, but i have to say this is the only game that plays just aswell on the Xbox and GC.
