I am surprised that I didnt get in to fantasy more 'cause i use to play d&d and magic the gathering and loved the art and the worlds that are created in the fantasy realm.

the only sci-fi/fantasy books i liked were by Jules Verne, 20,000 leagues under the sea, journey to centre of the earth, mysterious island...all great.
