I liked the cartman/midget story waaay better than the 'other' one. It was funny for the first minute after randy said it, but after that it was just dumb. I do commend them for using the word so freely, but I wish it would have been funnier.

south park is very odd, in that it doesn't follow conventional TV rules. generally shows are good by season or era, traceable to the writers involved. but south park has never had a wholly good or bad season; they seem to oscillate quality randomly.
