Question ROTK extended scenes?

Does anyone know what the extended scenes for ROTK will be on the DVD? I mean, I've read on some forums that, well, I don't want to give it away to anyone and I don't know how to create highlighted text, so I'll just say I've heard about the part about Saruman and the part with the hobbits at the end of the book being cut from the movie. Is this true? I just can't wait till the 17th to find out! So I guess what I want to know is, does anyone know what's being cut, based on the book, and what's being added to the dvd (extended)?

The piece with Saruman and the Scourning of the Shire isn't in the movie, but in the EE, but there is a lot about that in some other threads, so you'd best read those.

I don't think that the Scouring of the Shire is in anything, but Saruman should be in the extended. And maybe the Houses of Healing Eowyn/Faramir thing that they're leaving out of the movie.

Christopher Lee recently expressed some great displeasure with the fact, that he’s apparently only in RotK for 7 minutes.
Since the extended TT material says, that RotK starts with Gandalfs and Sarumans… ehrm.. “discussion” by Orthanc, that’s probably the 7 minutes. BUT, if Mr. Lee is miffed at only being on screen for those seven minutes, that should lead to the conclusion that MUCH more material was filmed with him for RotK.
SO: Perhaps it’s not unreasonable to assume that may go to the extended RotK.

Oh really? wait are you talking about the extended version for only 7 minutes, or the actual movie, because i thought he wasn't going to be in it at all...
