Kung Pow isn't a kung-fu flick, G. It's far too silly to be.

been a while.

I just watched "Kung-Fu Hustle" a couple days ago. It was kinda corny but the fight scenes were superb.

Thanks! I never heard of Blade of Fury. What is that about?

There is some other Shaw Brothers movies in particular that I like, but I just can't remember their names.

Others I can think of putting up there are:

Fist of Legends
Swordsman II

The Shaw Brothers "Venoms" films were many, as the main actors who portrayed the Venoms also starred in almost 20 other films sometimes alongside each other and other times as adversaries. The most well known is Kuo Chui (Lizard venom) who was also Mad Dog in Chow Yun Fat's "Hard Boiled". Mad Dog was the killer with the eye patch in the hospital.

Anyhow, while the Venoms films are mostly nonsense, the choreography was right on the mark. For serious film, Enter The Dragon was the big one. Bruce was at the top of his game and sadly died shortly after, but heleft us one HELL of a movie!
