Raz! Now we have actually gone back to GMT that silly thing has gone back an hour as WELL, so it's STILL wrong! Even more wrong, in fact, because it purports to be showing GMT.

Anyways, I think I've fixed it. You'll all have to go into your Control Panel and set the correct time for your region.
