Physical Description: He is average, about 5’8, and he wont grow much more in his life time. Physically, he’s very fit, but nothing superhuman. He has above average features, but with his eyes, so far it doesn’t really matter.

Powers/ Personality: His personality betrays his powers. He’s very quiet, refrained, and dislikes confrontation. His intelligence and wisdom seem limitless, and his mystic eyes only add to the effect. He moves his eyes and gaze with a methodical, almost rhythmic and smooth type of motion. When he speaks, his voice is quiet, and he seems small, and he carries a very poetic and metaphorical style of communication. He shows almost no emotion at all, and freaks a lot of people out. His powers revolve around his mind, he is very smart, and also carries an uncanny ability to know things. He can affect and manipulate objects with his mind, and even levitate himself to certain degrees. He can crack any code, and when he concentrates very hard, he can manipulate computers and their programs as well. His finger nails are also black, and while at average length for a male, very dense and sharp. When in the shadow his eyes will reflect a florescent purple, like a cat does green. Powers/ Personality: His powers are very odd, first thing is his strength, which is several times as strong as a normal human, but not up to the level of someone like Colossus. This can also be apparent when his muscles are tensed, they become literally iron hard. If he were to be shot, the bullets would pass through his skin, but stop dead once they met his muscles. This helps him, because without his hard bones and muscles, he would crush his own arms under his strength. His very hard finger nails help him greatly when he can climb along walls and roofs, they dig in at angles and never give. He can climb along walls and roofs almost as fast as a person could run. He can see well in the dark. He doesn’t anger often, but when he does it's because you've gotten him so enraged he can't control himself. He has very weak psionic abilities like his brother, but only enough to allow him to climb walls and little things. He cannot control them, they are involuntary.
History: Much like his brother Jason, he is very quiet, even if he does not posses his intelligence, though he is very loyal and cunning. At school, he was very quiet and had very little friends because he did not want anyone to find out he was a mutant. Because of this, the bullies often picked on him. He could have been a star athlete but he never was. One time, after his parents had found out, he was already stressed, the bullies decided to pick on him that day. It was a mistake, all three of them ended up beaten up. Ben, appalled at what he had done, ran away from home not far after his brother.

Sorry, I know it's the wrong format, but is this OK to be accepted?
Um, I forgot to mention, my characters definately have weakness, one I will mention is that a military division is trying to kill them, and two, each of them has a weakness related to their powers. But can I introduce those in the role-play itself? I want to leave some surprises.
There are basically two parallel governments: the properly said government for normal people, and the mutant government, each one with its own constitution.
Power- Can shoot flame's out of his hands and has super human strength.

History- Jack discovered he could shoot flames out of his hand as a kid and all his life was spent getting tested on by scientists untill he changed his name and records and is angry at spending his life a mutant and wants blood!
