I would like to join, I wasn't in the original RLM but my 'rather' unique idea would fit quite nicely and this thread looks like fun; Be Warned, i sometimes post long replies and i hate using simple descriptions so my profile will be a bit long... 
Name: Mutant-Based Sentinel Project Production Model Spec. B: Unit 100SX-3896.

Construction location/date: *Information Classified*
Appearance: Dark skin and long black hair divided by random brown streaks. She is outfitted with bark blue super-heavy sentinel assault armor with an interface/control visor that covers her eyes. Her armor is powered by a small rectangular Plasma-Battery with adaption cables extended to the Plasma-Prjectors located upon her wrists.
Unit Capabilities: Energy absorbsion and light solid-projectile field, unit outfitted for maximum offensive procedure via close combat and High-Level Plasma weaponry. Minute servo-motors located at all muscle joints, providing enhanced agility and strength.
Original Powers: *Information Classified*
Personality: Rapidly-Robotic and Monotonous as well as her movements.
Nationality: *Information Classified*
Background: Contained by the Sentinel-X project as her powers were far too unstable to imprison, she was assigned to Mutant Detention Camp 138-A and montiered by the AI construct. With the camp's unexplained destruction her sub-routines entered maximum offensive operation for the suppression of former camp-detainees.
In basic: Search and destroy targets with no humans casualties to be logged, any mutants encountered considered expendable.
Orders may be input by Human high-level authorities or by military and D-Camp personnel.

Oh, forgot to add; her entire body relies upon the charge in her pack, if left to drain she will become completely dormant. Imagine like Cyborg from Teen Titans.
Maximum duration of a full charge is sixty-two hours...

at some point in the game, hopefully not too early, it would be great if someone figures out how to free her from the extensive re-programming...
for now, she is going to hunt mutants her actual personality is forced to watch every account through her own eyes as she tears people apart

Remember that the State of Pennsylvania has elections underway. Four mainstream parties are running for the office of State Governor (Premier (Minister) of Pennsylvania for some parties).
The human-run parties:
Republican:
Governor: Edward G. Rendell
Lieutenant Governor: Catherine B. Knoll
Democratic:
Governor: H. William DeWeese
Lieutenant Governor: Robert J. Mellow
The mutant-run parties:
Green:
Premier Minister: William Hughes
Vice-Premier Minister: Mary Sue White
Citizen Option:
Premier Minister: Diandra Grandchamps (my character)
Vice-Premier Minister: Larry Jamieson
Notes: The offices of Premier Minister and that of State Governor are basically the same in duties. Same thing for the Vice-Premiership and Lieutenant Governor's.
Diandra's strategy revolves around a couple of issues that mutants can involve in to increase efficiency and striving to maintain peace within the state between the mutants and the normal people as well as to totally refund the state debt by 2011. At the time of Diandra, the state debt is $15 billion (mutant and normal state debts merged).
The mutant parties say that both human-run parties are trying to put the state back at war. On the other side, the current human governor says that peace cannot be achieved with the mutants still lurking about. What are your opinions?

Reasons for recognition:
The elections were legitimate
The state accessed a mutant demand as to allow 16-year-olds to both vote and run for offices
Reasons for no recognition:
The winner, though legitimate, is considered as a minor person by the human constitution
The winner leads a mutant-run party

Apperance: Native American/Black, 5'7''ht., 151 lbs., short, straight off-black hair, brown eyes, blue polo shirt, blue jeans, white shoes
Powers: Time control. Able to control and minipulate any and every aspect of the time continum. Can rewind, fast forward, speed up, slow down, stop and start time. Can control time to the point where he can direct whatever effect he chooses towards any one single person. Meaning he can decrease/increase someones age or his. Able to kill/resurrect himself and others because of powers, meaning however someone dies inthe future, he speeds the effects up to make it happen in the present minus all the sloppy details. He can alter there mind's maturity, causeing them to lose some or all memory, motor skills, and anything else dealing with the mind. Because of his powers he can travel through time. As far back as the beginning or as far forward as the end, depending on the circumstances. When he travels through time, he can alter the future to his own liking. Time travel also allows him to bring back things that are currently exstinct, including dinosaurs, ancient plants, mammales, people, all kinds of things.
History: Found out about powers at the age of 12. A man came to his childhood home and attacked his mother. while he was trying to defend her, the attacker attacked him. The assailant grabbed Eli by his throat and proceeded to bash his head against a wall. After the fourth bash, Eli noticed everything stopped, but then blacked out. After that, Eli discovered that he could stop time, rewind it, etc... He doesn't remember how he learned he could do it or who taught him how to control his powers, but he can use them most masterfully

you powers tone them down .that is god moding,if you keep this power the time control you will have an 5 year limit,no FF,no rewind,puase for an limit of time,and also slow down like in the matrix.telepathy to mess with the mind.
