based on the evidence so far.. the prosecution basically has a NO CASE. the kidnapping is already seeming false since they have told seperate stories about it, same goes for the alleged molestation. i say better look up on the internet to whats going on in the trial and then make a statement
i said it before and backfires said it again, after the past case, you'd think he'd have figured that if he slept in the same bed with children and put himself in the same position, history was bound to repeat itself. he put himself in a stupid postition

Yeah legally speaking that's true. But AC was saying "he hasn't done anything wrong" not "he hasn't done anything illegal." If he said illegal I wouldn't have said anything, even though you still can't be certain he didn't do anything illegal.
Even if he's found innocent does that really mean he didn't do anything? You can't really rely on the legal system all the time. Plenty of innocent people get off and guilty people go to jail, so we will never really be certain no matter what. Only Michael and the kid know the truth.
You can say that about any case though. Only a murderer knows if he did or didn't do it but until psychic detective becomes a reality, we have no choice but to let the justice system deal with it.
If there isn't enough evidence (in this case, hardly any) to convict him, then yes, he's innocent.
I know you can say that about any case, and this one isn't any different. I just said that because alic88 said we aren't certain yet. We're never going to be certain unless they develop concrete evidence that he didn't do it. Most likely we'll never know the truth. There are a lot of people who aren't going to agree with the verdict whether it's innocent or guilty. In the long run, everyone is just going to make their own conclusions, just like the OJ Simpson case.
with the way this case is going, its just the evidence that prosecution does not seem to have, because its hard to believe from their point of view it is so flawed already. If things go like this people wont be even left to think that anything happened, because the prosecution evidence like i said is extremely flawed already. we will see how it unfolds, but every1 is always entitled to their own opinion, but the bottom line will be the COURT'S RULING, which is as close as you can get to the truth

i would slap him or pull off his wig and have it burned if he ever tried to touch me.. but since he only likes boys and Im a chica... then I guess I have nothing to worry about
I agree, however what I am saying is I'd rather not point fingers on the basis of things that aren't in themselves 'wrong' or illegal. 'Wrong' is a subjective term.
