Yeah, I saw on the news that WB asked Whedon about some Buffy/Angel movies.

Updated: It seems that the tv movies might not even go ahead! According to one article, Mercedes Mcnab {who plays Harmony} said recently that she'd not heard anything about the idea. Sounds ominous...
Our only hope is to continue supporting the show. Seeing as everyone knows the link already, I'm sure it wouldn't be considered spam so here it is:
Frankly when Angel startedi really liked the show but as years went by the quality of the show went along with it, case in point this last season, you wouldve tought that this being the last season they would gone all out but thats far from the case, these paste few episodes have sucked to no end, i for one cant wait until they put the show out of it misery because like Angel the show SUCKS!
I actually think that the show has gotten better over the years. Season 4 is my favorite season (excluding Season 5 because I haven't seen many of the episodes).

In response to whether Angel's improved or not over the years, I feel that it improved right up until season 3, but that it's been lacking somewhat in recent years. Don't get me wrong - seasons 4 and 5 are superb, but they never quite reach the highs of season 3 eps such as "Sleep Tight", "Loyalty", and "Forgiving".

OMG!!!! tomorrow is the series finale for all you americans right?!?!? i read somewhere that there will be 6 angel tv movies after the end though so woo hoo!!! I heard that the finale [SPOILER - highlight to read]: will end in a cliffhanger!!! YES a cliffhanger!! Angel, spike and ilyria are about to have a face off with the senior partners and it just ends right there!!!! but if that happens and there are no tv movies then i will be really pissed off along with many others IMO
Thats exactly what happened and Wesley died, he was one of my favorite characters, it was a good show, they had a few funny lines, i like the part when Lorne(sp) killed Lindsey, he did it in a cold way somethin so unlike his character which was good, i didnt like the end though becaus eif they never make a tv movie well never know what happened afterwards, overall i give the series finale a 7/10

This finale was my dissappointment of the year. First I was sad that it was ending. Now Im sad that it had such a bad ending. They cant jsut leave us hanging like that. You guys think UPN will pick it up like they did Buffy? That was like, the crappiest ending ever. Grr, sorry. At least Gunn didnt die though. that was good. Hopefully they make a TV movie or UPN picks it up or something. If they dont I will be very angry with society. Ok, done venting.

Kind of a bad note to end the show on, although I really enjoyed the episode. It was implyed by Illerai(sp) that they were going to get killed during their fight with the army of demons, so I don't think there is any room for a TV movie
