And I'm adding that new LGF film that previewed during Saw II to my list. I don't remember the name, but it's about disgusting torturings and mutilations and living out sick fantasies in case anyone knows embarrasment

Yes, I saw that preview, it was Hostel. I agree it looks messed up.

'Altered States' and 'Jacob's Ladder' are two way-outta-wack movies. See them and fry your tiny, little mind.

Jacob's Ladder is kind of odd. I haven't seen Altered States, is it worth watching?

I also thought I Stand Alone was very disturbing.

Also, I'd throw In the Mouth of Madness and Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer into the fray, as well. Both very freaky movies.

I have a few movies that are disturbing:
The Ring: Whole movie basically
House On Haunted Hill: The part when the guy is in that chamber and he see's that girl and her face splits apart. that was really disturbing
Wishmaster 2: the devil is in jail, and he asks one of the guys to make a wish, and the jailmate wanted to walk through the bars, and as he did..in a disturbing way..he was forced through, horrific..
American History X: Derek Vinyard, kicks one of the guys in the head while his mouth is on the curb.
Event Horizon: when it shows those people with things coming out of their eyes and mouth. that was probably the most disturbing thing i have ever seen.
Saving Private Ryan: one of the soldiers get's shot and you can see his stomach and intestents hanging out.

I think you would find it interesting. It's a very peculiar movie that I will never watch again.

^^Backfire's AV and Sig, truly disturbing to look at stick out tongue

No, but seriously, there were two moments that stick out in my mind from things that I saw when I was a young kid which really disturbed me and it must have cuz I still remember it till this day. One was from a movie, don't remember exactly which movie it was, some gritty crime drama, but there was a scene in which these two guys rob a convenience store and the people inside. Among the people they robbed inside was an old lady who had a wedding ring stuck to her finger. The thieves tried to pull it off her finger but couldn't so they decided to just snap her finger off completely with a pair of pliers.

The second one isn't from a movie it was from an episode of Miami Vice where some guy gets fed human ears out of a chinese food box.
Anyway, both of these for some reason really disturbed me and/or grossed me out. Don't really no why, I've never really been the squeamish type but maybe it was because it was realistic and were based on things that could actually happen.

Oh, and one last one that I'd be surprised if no one has mentioned yet. The scene with those two twin girls in the hallway from the 'Shining'. I'm not kidding, those two little girls really freaked me out man.

Hey papa, is Base-Moi any good? I've heard quite a bit about it and it has kinda sparked my interest. Is it worth seeing?

Base-Moi was kind of like of both Trainspotting and Boogie Nights. If you can imagine that. It's alright, doesn't really deserve all the hate it got.

I just recently saw Saw 2, and it wasn't the best movie, but in the first part of the movie, you watch a man trying to survive a "venus fly trap" invention, and the key to that trap has been inserted into a part of his eye, and he must fish around for it with a scalpel. I didn't wanna watch, I wanted to close my eyes!

The Shining has some serious ass scary moments in that movie, I was scarred as a child watching that movie! It still bugs me a bit.

May, was a very good movie, but when she was pulling or cutting her own eye off was pretty sad. Just watching her flop and scream after and while doing it was pretty disturbing. Made me feel so sad for all the loners out there!

Indeed, The Shining does have some scary ass moments. The most disturbing is when he has sex with the corpse.

in kill bill when the guys achilles tendon gets cut and when she rips her eye out. just the girl running around the house screaming in pain was kind of distrubring.

in american history x, when the guy bites the curb. just the idea of that disturbs me.
