it might not work. they might have designed it so that XBC wont work. I mean, if I had a major online title like that, I would DEFINITLY make it so that people have to buy into MY internet plan.

they cant make it not work on XBC unless they make it not system link capable. which would piss people off. All XBC does is makes a vpn pretty much so you can play system link with other people
and I still think they did SOMETHING to make halo 2 not owrk on XBC

Me too . That is crazy though to think Halo 2 will make more money on the first day than any movie ever!!!! This game surpases any game in history in terms of anticipation, including Half Life 2 and GTA san andreas, and I think it is single handedly changing the way games are advertised and looked on as an industry.
It's true. Games are a fast growing media, and are taking just as much work as films do. I'm sure you've all seen the demo movies(ie the announcment video, the E3 movie from 2003, and the one in theaters, and other ect.)
I think the announcment video and the opening to the E3 demo are so well displayed...their works of art. games nowdays have cut scene coreographed. they have freakin cut scene directors like in mGs: twin snakes.
Preordered it at Future Shop with a friend. Cannot wait. *Rubs hands in anticipation*

Green. And I get "Caboose"-colored one when we actually get the game. Knowing him as the explosives-happy type, he's going to probably dual-weild with a Brute grenade launcher and a fuel rod gun.
You played the "Hot Potato" mod in multi in first Halo? (You just switch to only pistols, unlimited plasma grenades, Wizard level.)
Very crazy. I just won 'cause i held the L button down, and aimed as best as i could. Good for parties(4-player).
my favorite is a 50 health,no shield, 100 kill, all power ups, no radar, no speed up/speed down kills, slayer carnage. best map- chiron. the carnage, getting fragged by a guy coming through the teleporter you just were about to enter.
2nd best: leaving a multi teleporter room, then 2 seconds later, 5 people die in a fragfest in the very same room.

Go to Bungie.net, go to the Screenshot gallery, and look at the twelfth pic (dated 01.24.03). I SWEAR I see two other Spartans in the reflection of the Master Chief's visor.....

However, the figures in the visor may just be ODST's......

(she "died"(her body was dead but she hadnt suffered braindeath.) in fall of reach, and was frozen in cryo stasis on the Pillar of auhtum. Her cryo pod was ejected before the POA crashed on halo. was found by the master cheif and others while among the wreckage of halo. after going into surgery, she was revived,)

leader of blue team, and all of the spartans. of blue team, sent to erase navigational data from a platform in reach's orbit, that hadnt followed cole protocal(when any comformation of covenant forces(ships) you are to delete all astronavigational data(so they dont find eart or any important military instalation), if about to be captured- you flatline the AI, and self destruct.)
Those are the Master Chief(John's)'s friends, either Linda( linda=the hot sniper), Fred, or Will.
Heh heh heh.......he gets backup in this one. Good to know eh?
