And Ush, these are off my D drive. I saved some off my junk off the computer to give the computer more data space. It ran like a poisoned slug whose been squashed until I did that.
Here's Captain REX himself. He too is an RX Droid, only he's a pilot.

That's an insult! I'm one of them in my username!!!
Next question:
How many (known) astromech droids are there in the OT?
A good place to find the answer is to go to www.google.com, and type in "Star Wars Customs." Jedime's site has many of the astromechs. Just click the links to the specific movie customs.

Nevermind that question. TOO HARD!!!
Okay, here's a new one:
How many kinds of Astromech types are there and what are they? (Ex: R2 unit)

Okay Yerssot, R2, R4, and R5 are correct. There is no R8 though.
I'm getting all of this out of the
The Essential Guide to Droids, incase you were wonderin. And they aren't just R series astromechs.

Well, that R2, R4, R5, and R8. 4 down, 5 to go.

Okay. Your almost done. There's actually 11 types total.
R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, and R8 you have named. Now name THREE more.
Hint: These do not have the letter R in them at all.

VERY CLOSE!!! That was very very close to the answer for one of the last three. I'll give you that one.
R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, Q9.
BTW, what does the dome of the R8 look like?
The Q9 series looks like a mixture between R2 and R7 droids.
