Gamabunta and the other huge frogs were summon right in the middle of Konoha...Was that because it was destroyed or would they have ended up there regardless killing some people and destroying buildings?
Even if Naruto does beat Pein..Pein used a jutsu that uses up a lot of energy, and it's still only puppets witht he most powerful one unable to do his jutsu. Pein has been using a lot of jutsu even before the huge shinrei tensei or whatever it is also. So Naruto winning would still be PIS from the fact Pein isn't at full power.

If Pain isn't at full power, then it's not really "Plot induced stupidity" now is it? It's logical for someone to be in a weaker condition when they've used their strongest techniques.
If Pein doesn't win this then I have to say that's just retarded. Even Rocky's famous montage training doesn't compare to being able to beat the manga's strongest character after a week or so of training.
But there wasn't any real reason to blow up Konoha anyway. It just seemed like a random thing to happen. And if Naruto wins because of it then wouldn't that make it Plot Induced Stupidity? Since he gets weak from it and decided to stay and fight. Plot Induced for Naruto to win the fight.

sure he's only been training for a couple of weeks, but remember, from the very begining he's been a fast learner, he learnt kage bushin no jutsu, a jonin level technique, in, i'd say less than an hour
rasengan in less than a week
rasenshuriken in... how long was it? one week? two?
he's mastered the sage techniques i'd say, plus the secret technique he's been practicing on his own might be another trick up his sleeve
i think he'll defeat the six bodies, if he fights the original body however...
Something is gonna screw up this fight before Naruto can finish it. Like maybe Madara showing up and saving Pein's butt, Kirabi popping up out of nowhere, or Sasuke showing up pissed that Pein got to Konoha first.

I really dont see a way that naruto can beat pain without PIS. Its not like i will be surprised if it happens ( the manga is named naruto afterall) but with the moves he has i just dont see it happenind without some iffy circumstances aiding him.

Learning moves at a fast rate has always been Naruto's specialty sure..But fighting really hasn't. Every once in a while in dire situations he'll pull out a trick to get the hit he needs but his fighting isn't that great. Or wasn't. We haven't seen the frog style of fighting yet. Before this he wasn't ever really trained in fighting so that may have changed.
Besides all he did was destroy a body with a surprise attack...something Konohamaru did. No reason to say he's suddenly able to defeat Pein or that he's surpassed his father and master until he actually does something when Pein is fighting him not attacking somebody else.

The original scans they put up were really shitty quality. I couldn't really tell what was going on with that junk.

Naruto should wipe the floor with Pain. I'm actually rather tired of Naruto NOT wiping the floor with everyone. How is Naruto mastering the sage technique NOT a sure way for him to win?

Has Naruto shown his father up except for jutsus? Yups.
Has Naruto surpassed the Sanin Jiraiya? In some ways, yes. Jutsus are still a weakness of Naruto's.
Seriously, you have any idea how powerful Naruto is currently if he's actually stronger then Jirayia but Minato too? That right their should bring Naruto beyond even Madara in his prime when he fought the 1st hokage, since Minato is more likely the greatest hokage - stronger then even the 1st who defeated Madara in his ****ing prime+Kyuubi.
To put it in Perspective:
1st hokage > Madara+Kyuubi
Minato > 1st hokage
Going by what Mister froggy said Naruto > Minato & Jirayia
Which means Current Naruto > Minato> 1st hokage > Madara+Kyuubi
Doesnt make sense. Im really hoping he meant just Jirayia, or maybe Mister froggy was talking about Naruto completing the Rasengan, which Minato failed to do, and completing Sennin Mode, unlike Jirayia. Idk

Pain is far above the Sanin and id wager could beat all of them at the same time. Naruto is still way to one dimensional to have a chance at beating pain without some major PIS.

Give Naruto the space-time Jutsu and I'd say Naruto was stronger than the 4th in a heart beat. Without that, Naruto would still get his ass handed to him by Minato.
Dude, Pain has never lost a battle in his life and is the ****ing CHOSEN ONE who wields the power of the founder of all ninjutsu, plus six bodies that are >Kakashi by themselves.
Naruto> 6x Kakashi + Konan + Nagato?
If Naruto wins then yes, that would be the biggest PIS in all history. ESPECIALLY if he keeps one-shotting them like he did with the Asura body.
