I have never insulted someone's intelligence, I only question their information.
There is a large difference there. I was a kid once too, ya know..hard to believe..LOL.
Ignorance is not a negative term, I am ignorant of many things and will always be as it is impossible to be all knowing.
I find it pretty insulting that you would think by default that I find you all stupid. I wouldn't come here to talk with stupid people.
Also, where is the moderator on people insulting me? If I was saying half the stuff that others say to me I would be talked to. I refuse to be held to a double standard. Just because people don't like me doesn't mean they should talk to me in a manner that they would not want me talking to them in.

I think I'm just too used to talking with adults.
Most adults won't believe anything someone says unless there is sufficient evidence to support. Even the meaning of words.
I forgot that for younger people, it's opinions not facts that matters most. And you are only as good as your opinion, and if that opinion clashes with the majority opinion you are bad and wrong.
My friends think I am too honest for the internet, people don't reward honesty anymore.

I just have a hard time, when people resort to making fun of me, and putting me down, instead of talking about the issue at hand.
If anything it means that you have run out of reasonable arguments and have to try to hurt me to be better than me.
I don't think I'm better than anyone. I'm not trying to be better than anyone, I'm not putting my opinions up here to show off or something. I'm just trying to have debates and conversations.

Because I pissed people off, I am not entitled to the same respect as everyone else? That is a the lamest thing I've ever heard. I am a member of this forum too, I should have the same rights and respect as everyone else. Just because people get mad at me and peoeple don't like me doesn't mean anything.

No crap I'm young! DUH! 21 isn't that old. But legally in all parts of the world, I am considered an adult regardless of your opinion. FYI. I am a student, but that doesn't change my status as an adult.
I didn't mean that young people don't care about facts, I just meant that if they made a list of their values, opinions would most likey be higher on the list than facts. Since I was being ridiculed for researching things,, I thought that that's how you guys felt about facts and evidence.

I apologize to Trickster for pointing out that he had attitude spelled incorrectly.
But he was using in reference to me having an attitude problem, so according to his statement that I deserve to be insulted because I was being an antagonist, then I am in the clear, because clearly that statement was meant to make me upset and insult me.
But my apology still stands as I don't abide by that rule.
I truly am sorry if I personally hurt anyone's feelings during the course of any of my forum posting.
I am trying to be a bigger person here, I want to know who has the capacity to join me and forgive.
