my big bro taught me it! and alwas make sure u eat things that have slow releasing energy like carbohydrates -i.e bananas pasta cereal and bread etc - or ull feel sick if u eat fast producing glucose foods like sweets esp mars bars and snickers! avoid them at all costs!
