Why do YOU think the KMC forum is so popular having just hit the 1 millionth post not to mention having over 23,000 registered members, i thought it would be a good time to bring this up.
All contributions welcome.
For me KMC Forums are popular not only because of the wide variety of discussion areas it offers but also the atmosphere.

Hmmm...yeah, i think so. Although many of those people are not posting, still, i think its a very popular forum.
I thnk it has one of the best atmospheres indeed. People seem more warm towards each other and more friendly..i think we have GDF and OTF to thank for that....

To be honest i spend very little of my time in the GDF & OTF whilst on KMC, but i have to agree there is a welcoming atmos present.

Yeah, i was just comparing it to the other forum im a member of, and even though they have lots and lots of forums for all sorts of things, the socialising isnt the same...you HAVE TO stay on topic even in an off topic forum overthere...

I think we've always tried to keep it a friendly place. I felt very welcomed when I joined way back when and I like to pass that on to the newbies when they come in.
I would have to definitely thank Raz (all hail !) for being so nice, plus Dim, RC, Xizor, keo, Darth Daft, King Jedi and UBH who were all here before me. Although some of them are long gone, they were part of a great crew who helped build a solid foundationship based on a shared love of SW.
