the new GL select photo

has anyone noticed that the new photo is two lightsabers being swung toward each other? i didn't see any discussion here, so i thought i'd bring it up. on the left is the shadow image of anakin and the blue arc is his lightsaber. on the right is the red lightsaber being similarly swung, but the wielder remains secretly behind the swinging blade so you can't see who it is.

does that mean that they are filming the new sith apprentice? if so, then i'm impressed with their ability to keep the actor's identity supressed.

cheers

you know, now that i look at the photo again, it looks like the red lightsaber is similar to that double-bladed staf of maul's. hmmm.

I think this has been done so much to death in all the websites that there wasn't really much left to say on it.

I actually found this picture very uninteresting, purely because it hiot so much, not like the Dancin' Jango.

I reckon that John Knoll is trying to make us THINK that the new Sith will have two lightsabres by making this photo but I think GL would go with something more original than using the same thing again.

Perhaps that is why the sabre is slightly curved. Not because we are going to see a schimitar or whatever it is, but because Knoll didn't quite make the blade as realistic as he could have. It was a fake lightsabre blade that he added on.
