Then I would have kind of liked this movie more. And I was hoping that Predator or Alien helped humans out. I wanted to see violence and I didnt get what I wanted so yeah.
Well if anderson said that all the best scenes got cut, i would have to tend to beleive that there was atleast some kind of scene that interacts between the alien and predator.
You know one thing i diddnt really notice untill the second time i went to see AvP. The predator creature looks ungodly pathetic and fake ounce he takes off his mask. I think the creature effects are awsome, all the way up untill the pred reveals it's face. the mouth looked like a little pouch.

yeah... i meantioned that a LONG time ago in one of the 5 or so avp threads on this site. That was part of my "initial critique" I also, if you look at the face of the main pred (after he takes off the mask, of course), his bottom "jaw" (NOT the mandables) actually has an elogated chin.... now look at the preds in all the comics and both movies.... the bottom little jaw deal looked little more than a small lip poking out with a few teeth.. this guy had a thin version of Jay Leno's...
in an interview, anderson claimed he remodled the mask to give it more movement.... so it could express better facial expressions. Now... AvP is still fresh on most of our minds... go back and watch the first predator. Damn... that Pred was definately able to show what he was feeling, and it wasnt about making out with a black human female explorer alien killer...
yeahi actually just watched the first Pred. those creature effects are far beter, atleast when speaking about the face. I was down with Anderson Remodeling the face, however i have heard the main reason was because he couldnt get rights to use the original design. eigther way i could care less, i just care that the face turned out very poor and looked amatuer. The Helmet was cool, It looked more sleak, and like a pred helmet out of one of the comics, but it turned to shit when he took off his mask. Hey say what you will, but i liked the little sexual tension between the two at the end, i was turned on in a weird kinky kind of way
