Actually, I saw a still of the latest trailer/spot and it almost looks like it could be Chewbacca, whisps of reddish/brownish hair. I swear it's different from before the other trailers or teasers. Just have to wait and see I guess, but if Han and/or Chewie go down, I'm out.

edit: Just saw the new supercut on a larger monitor at work. It looks like Finn's jacket. Hope he's OK, seems like a cool character.

I'd be upset if they did... But the old mentor dying to inspire the hero has been a theme for the past two 'first' movies in the trilogies. Obi-Wan in A New Hope and Qui-Gon in The Phantom Menace. Maybe they'll do a similar thing here with Han?
