I didn't like the fact that my character aged so quickly. Two hours later and my character is suddenly in his forties. It's kinda disheartening to go from a strong young man to an old geezer.
I guess I'm too good for my own good. I'm a vain SOB. I wanted my character to be good looking. When he started getting scars and wrinkles, my heart broke.

Heads up gang! A Fable extension pack is coming for the xbox. If you'd like the PC version then you gotta try the console pack. Also don't forget Fable II is coming for the 360!
Fortunately I avoided the hype that surrounded Fable and enjoyed it for what it was. There are quite a few innovations in the game that are really only half realised, which is why I think Fable II will be awesome as BBB have had the experience and time where these concepts can be made to work in full.
I can't think of many games that have drawn me into their world like Fable and much like your character grows from a child to a warrior over time I can see being a metaphor for the Fable series.
If you haven't realized this yet, almost every single game that comes out claims to be 'excellent', 'fantastic', 'innovative', or 'the best' at something.
