Thanks man but as long as the radio link is working (at the moment it is) its good enough for me. I'll check the highlights on SportsCenter tonight (even though they will only show the Heats buckets).

see this past couple of days ive been having this problem at work and with the family. the thing is, i work for my uncle at this law firm here in ny, and recently my unc got into this conflict with the partners of the firm, and now he is threatening to leave the firm unless they grant his demand. the thing is.. this other boss (junior partner) told me that they would never grant my unc's demand, in fact, he asked me if i can convince my uncle to just accept the circumstances and move on.
so i did, but i wasnt able to convince him. in fact he already made a memo to the company that hell be leaving by the end of this week. Supposedly, there was this other law firm that is offering my uncle a job altho it is not as prestigious and doesnt pay as much. now i shit you not and i aint bragging when i say this company is paying me 2 Gs every month, i know its better than most but a lot of it goes to all these bills (child support, rent, food, clothing and im saving up for next sem's tuition since i stopped this semester).
the problem is, it was my uncle who gave me this job after i got denied of my 3 previous job applications and it was him who appeared for my child custody hearings pro bono. i dont really wanna lose this job because it helps a lot, but i dont really wanna snake my uncle cause he has helped me through a lot of things. dont get me wrong ive done my share of snake shit in my life, like telling the judge that my baby moms havent finished high shool yet and some other shit i will not tell, but i never ever tried to snake a family member, knahmean? hell i cant even tell this situation to my mom (but i will, im just tryna pick a good time), and my uncle believes i got his back on this shit.
so what shall i do? if i lose this job it will probly be a long time before i get my degree, since will be stopping almost every year to save up, but if i stay with the firm (oh btw, theyre offering to keep me there just in case) damn... that would prolly be the ultimate snake move in my life, i wont probly be able to look at my fam straight in the eye for this.
what am i gonna do??? real talk, i need some help!
Point, this sounds like a b*tch of a prob bro. Family comes first man, company execs dont care about you they only care about what you can do for them. Family is always there and most of the time dont ask for nothing in return.
That being said id hate to give you advice that messes up your future or financial security, especially when you have a kid (nice to see another dad in the thread). So maybe talk it through with your Uncle and see what he thinks, hopefully he will appreciate you being honest and open with him and reciprocate. If he doesnt mind you staying then get what you can from the fat cats and drop them once you have your degree. They would be the first to tell you there are no friends in business. If he does want you to leave then i would respect his wishes, but make sure he understands what you will be giving up. Hey maybe he could pull some strings at his new job and hook you up there.
