 Harrison Bergeron, Starring Sean Astin
A very unknown science fiction, based on Kurt Vonnegut's novel, Harrison Bergeron is about a smart man (Sean) living in a time (the year 2053) where smart people aren't allowed to be smart. Everyone wears headbands to keep them "average." In his school, they're actually commended for bad grades! An F is the highest grade! But Harrison is the smart one, getting As and Bs, and people don't like that.
Harrison is introduced to an organization that works behind the scenes. Leaving his family and friends behind, (by having his own death faked) Harrison becomes part of a group of intelligent people who secretly have control of everyone's minds. (like scheduling the VERY LAME TV shows, and adjusting the frequency on their headbands.)
Check it out, it's pretty interesting, and Sean does a great job in it.
