I am just writing to inform you of the Official Hogwarts School Year Book which is now open in The Sorting Hat Thread - please check page 29 and if you have any queries or suggestions feel free to reply. If you do decide to participate and post your pic remember to use the appropriate title e.g. Ravenclaw Prefect or Ravenclaw Member/Member of Ravenclaw House.
Just an idea, but maybe the scoring system should be similar to the one we had last time. For example, one prefect from each house judge the other houses. So your house would judge Slytherin, Gryffindor and Huffelpuff and wouldn't have to judge your own entries.
Secondly, maybe the 15 point system was working, or maybe you might want to do 20 points, I dunno. Here are some things you should think about :
Creativity
Originality
Organization
Just to give you a few. Please, do whatever you guys want, I just thought I'd give you a few ideas.

hmmm. the 15 point system seems like it would work, maybe a little more. with the catagories being:
originality/creativity
organization/flow
preresiquites
and maybe preresiquites for like 1 point, organization/flow 6 points, and creativity and originality 9 points?
and the prefect system we used last time seemed to work well. with each house judging the other 3 houses.
these are just ideas. but whatever we do we need to decide on it soon, because the challange has already begun.

1) It's a creative fiction/fan fic about the founder of your House.
2) It has to include how they felt/thought about the process of founding Hogwarts e.g. how Slytherin's views affected them.
3) It should also include what type of person they were.
4) 4-6 paragraphs long

but maybe just rate is as a part of, hm, style or whatever.
