Than you need to start nominating and voting for a girl Prefect if you don't have one. That way, your Prefects will be able to communicate to the other houses about the Song Challenge and be judges.

yeah, the first challenge is already over, and you guys should have both prefects by now... you should just go with whoever has the most votes so far, i mean you cant wait forever for everyone to vote...
