Definitely IT out of those ones. It didn't help that I had a large picture of a clown on my wall. 2nd scariest to me was Poltergeist 3. I hated the scene where the hands came out of the puddle and pulled the girl in.

Nothing honestly scares me anymore, but if I had to pick it would be A Nightmare on Elm Street, the first one only. The scene where Nancy's in the boiler room and she's saying to Freddy "who are you?" and he's just all silent walking towards her, that bit was freaky..........Freddy doesn't say much in the first.
