i believe wolverine would kill cyclops because he would be knocked back by a blast and comeback dodge a balst and lunge at cyclops and slash him to death
Yea...I don't know where you got your information on Wolverine from...but he's not going to be dodging any sort of optic blasts from Cyclops anytime soon.

this all depends on the enviorment. if it was in a place with bunkers and trees, wolverine could use stealth to get in close, but on a flat plain, its much more difficult.
cyclops's optic blasts are ideal for long range attacks. all he has to do is spot wolverine and it is a direct hit. of course, if wolverine was prepared for the blow, his adamantium claws could absorb some of the blast.
another factor is that when wolverine is beserk, human movements are slow to him. even bullets go in slow motion when he is on rampage(im not making this up. it happened in the weapon x novel). and because cyclops has only regular human senses, wolverine has a good chance of dodging the optic blasts(barely). one duck and slash would incapacitate Scott.
the only way wolverine would be able to win is that he would have to be in a feral state and within around 30 feet from cyclops. any farther and the fight would become a draw, because of wolverines healing ability. his ability to withstand heat was put to the test in the weapon x novel. a great vat of burning lava and radiation poured directly on logan. each time molecules were incinerated and replaced over and over in a matter of seconds. "his skin and muscle seemed to flicker in and out of existence." all that radiation should have killed him 10 times over.
so basically its either wolverine wins, or its a tie.
