-Sirus looked around at all the dead grunts. "That's enough Private, thery're dead." He looked around at his comrades "Is everyone alright?" Sirus had said in a rough voice. "That was good work guys...But watch your ammo. Remember we have to ration it." Sirus looked at Private Mendoza. "Meaning that we can't afford to be firing rounds into grunts when..they're already dead.. Do we have that clear..?"-

~I dont know how to say this. Neo, you need to tone things down. twice you have played things out like a spartan. we are normal humans, and half a clip of ammo will not kill 7 grunts, neither will 2 shots from the plasma rifle kill 2 jackals, shield or not. you need to let everyone else kill some enimies, make your character important, but not the center of the party, we are not here to entertain you while you kill everything in sight.
The last thing I want to say, is this: please use at least some grammer, your posts are fairly hard to read~

~suggestion: we all want to kill everything that moves, but we cant. we need to work as a team. try not to kill more than 2 enemies per fight(or at least wait for a few other people to post before killing more), unless they have good explanation(grenade/rocket), and there's enough left for others to take on. so far, we have a total of 15 kills(since landing), yet only 3 people have fired. this needs to change.
also, 1-3 pistol rounds is sufficient to down a grunt, and less than 10 rounds from the assault rifle. the same is true for the jackals, though you need to get around the shields. elites are a different story, a little less than a clip from the pistol or half a clip from the rifle will drop the shields, and a little less than a clip (pistol), or half a clip(rifle)will kill it. a single over-charged shot from the plasma pistol will drop any jackal or elite shield. the plasma rifle deals a little less damage than a pistol(human), but i can down shields in just a few hits.
please keep that in mind when posting kills.~

Helping himself up by leaning on his rifle from where he had fallen Kelly grimaced and pulled his hand away from the front of his hip, it came stained with blood.
"Seemed to have.. *grunt* copped a bit of shrapper's in that fight, need to... get it out or it'll fester"
The wound was at the top and front of Kelly's hip bone, it hadn't exited and there was a ragged bloody patch where the shrapnel had entered.
"Hurt's like hell.. too..."
Kelly dropped to one knee, sweat beading on his brow

-Sirus looked at PFC Kelly and winced "Daaamn boy.." Sirus walked up towards PFC Kelly and said "Do you want me to pull it out..?" Sirus squinted his eyes and put his pistol on the ground. He took out a bottle of water and gave to to PFC Kelly.-

"I'm coming!" Gonzo shouts as he limps over to him. He pulls a bandage from the satchel of scavenged medical equipment from the life pod and unrolls it. "Lay down, compadre. My papi was a Corps doctor back in New Miami, so I know a little bit about this kind of thing.
"We're going to need to pull out the shrapnel or it'll get infected. No whiskey, but we have this." Gonzo picks up a discarded shell casing from the ground. "Ever hear of biting the bullet?" he says, grinning. "Sirus, you just became my nurse. Pour some water over the wound and push your hand down just above it... Good. Keep that there."
Gonzo pours some more water over the wound to clear the blood away.
"Bite down hard, amigo. This is gonna hurt like a b*tch." Gonzo slowly digs his finger down into the wound until he finds the small piece of metal, about the size of an old Earth quarter. He can see the intense pain he's causing Kelly. With a precise yank, the shrapnel comes free. "Oh, look at that. It's not that bad. Nothing major was hit, or you'd be bleeding even more. Here, keep it as a souvenier." He carefully places it in the palm of Kelly's hand.
"Keep that pressure up, Sirus. You're gonna be fine, pal." Gonzo cleans away what blood is left and wraps the bandage tightly around the wound. "Well it looks like I won't be the only one limping anymore. I can't sew it up or anything, but it should clot soon as long as you don't make too many strenuous movements." Gonzo pats him on the shoulder, gives him some of the scant painkillers left, and heads off to the lieutenants.
"We need to get a blanket on him. There's a good chance he'll go into shock from the pain. If that happens, we might need that warthog to drag him in. Plus any weaponry on the thing might come in handy. I can't do anything else for him. We could really use a medico."

Petersen knelt down, and pulled a small flask from his boot. "I've been saving this for a victory dance, but I guess you need it more than I do." He tossed gonzo the flask. "Give him that, It's 30 year old scotch." He turned to the others, "Now don't the rest of you go getting yourselves shot to get a taste, that's all I've got."

"I have a stich..." said Vlad unhappily "Its from my wife so I will always remember her anyway give it back when you sew thr wound!!" he said as he took out a stitch out of his pocket he then he saw that he had strings falling from edges of his shirt because it was so old he took it off and pulled them out and gave the string and stitch to Gonzo "Be carefull with it thats the oly memory I have!!"
