Quam quickly fires a series of shots at some crates high up above the Droideka's. The heavy blasts from the tommy blaster not only blinds Faylar's body guards for a moment, but also causes a set of crates to come crashing down on the guarding Droideka's.
Quam continues to fire at the battle droids with some very destructive blasts.

You can certainly try, Rex. Right now it is very quiet around here.
Battle is joined, queeq, and that will certainly do for a droideka. Chion lays into the bodyguard itself, slowly swining his sabre up to full speed until it becomes the whirl of death that is his trademark.
I'd like to say that the highly efficient Jedi are hot on your heels, queeq... but they aren't. Hmm.

Gald slashes open a crate after a few minutes of slashing and sticks his hand in. He pulls out a heavy repeater, much like the one Arashan the dead man was using. He then grabs a few dozen rounds of ammo (power cells). He reaches in again and pulls out a heavy pistol. He throws away his normal pistol and holsters the heavy pistol. He cocks the repeater and slowly walks into the area where he was fighting Balek.

Rex, you sense danger... maybe a second too late...
The crate in the wall to your left suddenly shoots out towards you as Balek pushes it with his arm from the other side. Not only is that crate now shooting towards you but the pile it was supporting is starting to fall all around...

Then you turn and block. Balek is on top of the pile of crates to your left, firing down toeards your weaker side.

Balek hold his left arm across his body. There is a shimmer, and a small round force shield powers into existence. He holds it close to his body, where it absorbs your shots as if they were nothing, and holding his gin in close he takes a deadly accurate shot at you.
The first shot blows your gun to pieces, the second would have taken your chest out were it not for your reflexes, which gets your sabre back into position just in time.

Co-ordination speaking, that's nearly impossible. Balek fires so fast and accurate that firing accurately AND using a sabre to defend is a nightmare- doubly so with one knackered arm.
Your shots hit the crate under Balek, but do little... and then one of his shots catches you in the right leg.

Gald stumbles backwards a little and holsters the pistol. He removes a grenade from his belt and throws it hard towards the crates around and under Balek. He then uses another grenade in the same area.

Balek fires his harness into the ceiling and shoots upwards. The grenades explode and you stumble backwards, full of adrenaline and pain.
After the bang dies down, it is silent again.

"Come out Balek...ow..." Gald wobbles to his feet. He then runs back to the room where he found the repeater. He slashes open another box and finds a concussion rifle (is that allowed?) and another repeater. He sets down the repeater and loads the rifle.

I don;t like concussion rifles; they seem to be nuclear weapons in rifle form. None on Damagran, anyway, and I think you have had your fill of luck with finding guns!
