Old thread, it's like 90% certain that Iron Man wins with no prep involved, although with batman's teleporter, it might take some time.
With prep, I think Batman has 6/10 chance of victory, all he has to do is come up with something like an electron scrambler (like the one Captain America used in Civil War to put Iron Man down for like 20 seconds). Then take his laser cutter and pour it straight into Iron Man's eye holes. I wonder how big the eye holes are though, Batman could probably fit a gas pellet or two in there, or a small shuriken.
