I don't know much about this giga slave so I did some research. But when I watched it, Giga Slave didn't do anything with the planet just like in this vid.
According to what I've read and seen, it simply kills any opponent it hits when invoked properly but if the caster loses control of it, it would turn the universe into a sea of chaos. Aqualord Ragradia showed Lina a vision of this happening.

Yea. The Gigaslave is calling upon the Lord of Nightmares/L-sama, who destroys whatever is hit by the spell no matter what it is.
The Lord of Nightmares is an infinitely big sea of chaos which not just the Slayers universe, but also the Lost Universe universe (an entire science fiction universe with planet-busting space ships) are surrounding by and come out of. A full power Gigaslave is simply asking L-sama to drop the universe back into the sea.
wow....so what you are saying, is that pokemon is retarded? there is no reason for that universe to have such powerful creatures, well that is my opinion anyway.
You seem to be misled by the Giga Slave, the concept is that the user channels the power of the Lord of Nightmares (the demiurgic force of Slayers) in order to smite the foe. However, if disrupted the sorcerer can lose focus and the Lord of Nightmares will consume his body and use him as a vessel to destroy the "world" (which complexity differs immensely from our universe, as it's a flat earth on a staff).
The power of the Lord of Nightmares likely less than that of a Chousin, in the end it comes down to personal interpretation and we know that Tenchi Kane no Kami, is (to an unknown extent) beyond them.
Tenchi Kane no Kami > Chousin >> Lord of Nightmares
I honestly can't find a more powerful being in anime/manga, however. In Marvel you'll find that there's at least two dozen beings more powerful than any of them.
Yeah I forgot about Saint Seiya, and Slayers too. I believe 666 Satan is pretty powerful enough to rival DBZ in terms of power from what I have been told.
The day where 666 Satan characters have enough power to destroy a planet, moves as fast as DBZ characters, then they would have a chance against DBZ characters.
I'm not sure about that. The Chousin made an infinite array of universes for their tests, iirc. That puts them collectively at about the level of DC/Marvel's top beings.
GaoGaiGar probably isn't above DBZ. I'd be inclined to say it would a pretty close battle.
Gunbuster I'm not sure either. Though the black hole busting feat means they probably are above DBZ.
Speaking of other super robot shows:
Dual - multi-universe reality warping
Rahxephon - universal reality warping
Getter robo - Same reasons as TTGL
I'm tempted to add Gravion but I'm not sure. Ultimate Gravion is roughly silver surfer level and the later end Genocidron machines are impressive. However DBZ has numbers.
I wonder how the Demonbane verse would fair against the Tench-verse?
This again, Pencil? First of all, it is stated that each universe in the hyperdimension is so far beyond the previous one that beings from one can't even conceive of the existence of beings from the next. Second of all, there are many universes besides the 11 dimensions, such as the ones show in the Washu novel (she was collecting them in a jar for a freaking science project, and this was mortal Washu). Then you have Dual! and InSM
Well, seemingly people didn't understand it the first time.
Wrong. While it's true that it was stated that each of dimension in the hyper-dimension surpassed the previous one, nothing was mentioned regarding what beings could and couldn't conceive nor the extent to which they surpassed eachother.
I think you refer to the event where Tenchi (without Light Hawk Wings) was torn between two dimensions--but then again, that's unrelated.
