People who get away with it shouldn't, and their behaviour reported. It's PG-13 for a reason and the reason should be respected, even when only trading words.

Its not that "People Mind" Its just that these forums are not Age rated so anyone with internet can come and look/read the posts. Even kids. I mean the majority of 6 year olds know how to work a computer better then many adults.
Minding or not is irrelevant to the fact that this is a PG-13 forum. It should be treated and respected as such. There's not really room for debate on that matter. For as long as it's PG-13, it's PG-13. It's not up to Ushgarak anyway, but rather the forum administrator (Unless moderators has the power to switch rating of the forum)
There's a reason why PG-13 exist. There's also a reason to why this forum has that rating.

Just tossing my thoughts out there, i been a member here since 2005 , my father messed up the account so i couldn't get on so i made this one.But i seen some amazing outstanding roll-plays. These days, most ideas for roll-plays are sloppy not saying there bad but the lack of building it up with enough intrest to hold peopl.There are many new people i seen ,and allot of these roll-plays don't hold their attechen.I mean hero high for a ex-sample has had many new starts, many posts it held allot of peoples attechen.People have good ideas its just they want it the way they want it if not they leave. People get side tracked from the story line. If not theres fighting about how someone thinks or acts, which pretty much kills any roll play . There should be rules set down firm and fair.

As JacopeX just said, the most popular and recommended way to go is to make indirect implications of that type of interaction. The rest is fortunately restricted to be within the walls of your mind.
what i was asking for was a roleplay with sex in it but not too detailed like porn and erotica. something simple like, "they fell in love and had protected sex" then the adventure continues.
the next day would be simple. The next day all started with a really bad hangover and a simple " what the heck are you doing in my bed" turns out it was just an ugly, fat girl.
