Yeah... StoryBoards... amazing... How many of those pics do you need to make the whole animatrix? Hundred of thousands... All drawn by hand...

No, storyboards are what they sketch out in the beginning to show how the scene's going to be.

The drawings done that will be animated are called frames cels.

I took an animation class a few years ago and for it we had to create our own animation that was 5 seconds long...at 24 fps that's a LOT of frames to draw out messed
