If this is the response you mean then it hardly seems fair. I mean, with the amount of people KMC has now wouldn't it be better to make unused account names available to new members? Thinking of an original name is increasingly more difficult the more members KMC has. If the only reason the names aren't being released is because Raz would prefer originality then it doesn't seem quite reason enough. I'm not questioning authority here, I'm just making a point about how much KMC has grown since Raz last answered that question.

If the GDF is split up in (sub-)forums, let us say politics, science, technology, etc. then which subjects should the "Current Events Forum" formerly known as the GDF cover?

Yeah, but what if they came back to find their account had been deleted? (Unlikely, but still possible)
I think just the people with less than, say, 20 posts should be deleted?

I think I said it before, but I would like the function back that we used to have when we clicked on the postcount of a thread. That everyone that posted in it was listed and with how many posts. I quite liked it. Was easier to find out if you posted yourself at one time. Not I have to open the thread and perform a search. Just a little more annoying. And it doesn't tell me how much I participated when it was more than 200 posts or something. It was a useful tool to me. Maybe that could be brought back, if it is not too much trouble.
Would it be to much trouble to have a banner for each forum; that would stay up through out most of the year until someone makes a new one Like for the Video game forum it could have Mario and Sonic sitting on the Kmc logo, and for the starwars forum; it could have Yoda eating bacon next to the Kmc logo.
So...just throwing this out there...but occasionally I pm WrathfulDwarf to talk about Warhammer stuff, and then when I think of making a thread, theres no real place to put it. Its a game, but it doesnt fit into the Video/Computer game forum, I could make a thread in OTF but it would get trashed and die, plus theres too much to fit into one thread really and noone there would be interested in serious discussion, where would I make one?
So what I want to put forward, is a...I dont know what you call it...Tabletop Strategy Games forum? War Games forum? WD probably knows what they are, but it could cover everything, not just Warhammer. And also seeing as he is into it and knows the info, maybe he could mod? Up to him of course but I just want to put it forward.
Theres plenty of content for it too, I dont play any non-Games Workshop games but even within just that area theres what, 3 'Rules and Questions' threads already for each of the games, maybe a FAQ thread or official thread for each army....thats about...some 20 threads already, maybe a Official White Dwarf thread to talk about the magazine issues....can combine it into a VS forum as well, but with an actual point, so for example, thread: 'Space Marines vs Chaos', then people could list their armies of what they have, and people could run through different tactics, or make up a static list for each army and people could debate on who would win with those particular units....I dont know, but you get my point, it is all relevant outside the forum as well, I mean these are real battles and games people can play offline so the info would be used and collaborated amongst us.
But yeah the content is there, Im pretty sure theres about 4 people on the boards already who play, that doesnt sound like a lot but you never know who might be interested, people might be into it but not mention it online, Im not sure...but it would give people a chance to talk about it. Even if it was just a Warhammer forum, and then 1 subforum which combines every other war game...LOTR strategy game wouldnt be big enough to last by itself I dont think...

Well, there could be a general games forum. I mean, Chess pwns anyone anyways. And there are Card Games like Yu-Gi-Oh or Magic - The Gathering, also Roleplays. It could be interesting. OR Poker. Or Bridge. The possibilities are endless.
[edit] Wow, that was weird. I am sure I just said that last sentence, because I sub-consciously saw it in Spooony's post. Interesting.
