Chapter 29-Days to Come:The Shocking Truth of Tim
(BOOOOOOOOOOM)
Hiroshu: You.......killing me?! Hahahahah, even if you went battousai, you wouldn't stand a chance! You'd just be playing the role of a rag doll!
Tim: ............(starts walking towards Hiroshu, unsheathing the sword as doing so) (evil voice) Keep talking Hiroshu! I will kill you any way possible, there's no doubt about it!
Hiroshu: You might be thinking that I'm nowhere near as powerful as Shishio was, but believe me, I know of what I speak!
Tim: .............You just don't know when to shut the hell up, do you?!
Hiroshu: It seems you are ready for the next phase, or you could say, phases at hand! Hmhmhm, look below, at the grand city of Kyoto!
Tim: ..............(looks) What?! (he's see's, along with Kenshin and the others, houses being set on fire, and it is spreading quickly) You bastard!! You said that you wouldn't burn it down unless I arrived here on time!!
Hiroshu: I can't believe you battousai! You would trust a man like me that easily!? You are such a fool!

Hiroshu: (blocked the side attack. They're holding it) What's wrong battousai?! It seems your anger is making you struggle!
Tim: SHUT UP!!!!! (jumps back then goes for a charge then a straight-slash down. Hiroshu blocks it then kicks Tim in the chest. He pukes up a little blood then goes to attack Hiroshu again when he regains his strength again. He jumps up in the air and get's ready for Ryui Sui Tsen. As he's coming down, Hiroshu is just standing there then he suddenly moves to the right, then when Tim is about to land on the ground, Hiroshu charges towards him then extends his sword upward) Oh no!!!!!
Kenshin: Sir Tim!!!
Kaoru: He's going to be cut in half!!!
Tim: ............HEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (swings while he's in the air and knocks the sword out of Hiroshu's hand. Then, when he lands on the ground, he sheathes his sword as quickly as possible then uppercuts Hiroshu in the face and sends him flying. He lands hard on the ground) Hiroshu........tell me, what is your reason for still fighting? You know you have know chance against me, and yet you continue to attack with all that you have. What is your reason?
Hiroshu: (slowly getting off the ground) You really want to know?
Tim: Tell me.......before I decide to just end your life!
Hiroshu: Very well. (pause) Of course you know of your battousai power and your incredible skills, and also, the things that make it LOOK LIKE you are the reincarnation of the battousai. These things have been trying to tell you something, and yet, you don't have the answer.
Tim: What are you trying to say?!
Hiroshu: You.........Tim Ouellette, from the year 2004 America........you're not the reincarnation of the battousai.
Tim: What!? Then, what am I.......?!
Hiroshu: You.......are the reincarnation.........of Makoto Shishio.

Tim: Uuhhh....... (imagines killing everyone, then smirks after he's done) ...............(drops on his knees) My life......has it been a complete waste?
Hiroshu: You could say that.......or you could say that your childhood got you ready for what is to come.
Tim: ............................
Hiroshu: After all the years of being bullied and picked on, all that anger kept building up and so, in the coming years, that anger will come out and devour your very soul, and turn you into a Shishio brother.
Tim: (scared) SHUT UP!!!!! JUST SHUT THE **** UP!!!!! I've had enough.........I must destroy you......I must.......I must........
(heart starts beating really fast)
Tim: Uhh........(grabs his chest) my heart.......it's.........
Kenshin: Sir Tim!!!!!
Kaoru: (crying) .................
Tim: .............Uhh..........(see's that Kaoru is crying) Kaoru........

Hiroshu: Now, to finish you off!!! (raises sword then charges towards Tim) SAY GOODBYE!!!!!
Tim: (his whole life flashes before his eyes:being born, growing up happily, enjoying being with his family and friends, meeting Kenshin and the others, having fun times here in Japan, finding Heather, times with Misao, and then marrying her) I must........stay..........aliveeeeeeeeee..........
Hiroshu: HEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(CLINGGGGGGGGGG)
Hiroshu: WHAT?!?!?!
(We are shown Tim blocking Hiroshu's attack with his face down, then when he raises it, see's that Tim has the most serious look in his eyes.......they are the eyes of a murderer.)
Hiroshu: Those eyes........they're............
Tim: Hhmphhh............(pushes upward then slashes Hiroshu hard in the chest. Hiroshu remains standing for about a minute, then he falls down dead on the ground. Tim remains standing in place, then he coldly looks towards Kenshin and the others. Kenshin and them are motionless as they are afraid of what Tim might do next.........)
Series finale next time?! We'll soon find out!!! ^.^

Last time: The battle with Hiroshu got fierce as he let on who Tim really is......the reincarnation of both Kenshin AND Shishio!!! Within Tim flows the genes of a manslayer and a murderer. Hiroshu let on that one day, Tim will lose it and turn into who he really is by killing off the ones he cares for. Afterwards, Tim lost it and killed off Hiroshu, then he coldly glares over at Kenshin and the others. You thought the battle with Hiroshu was short, but the main and most fierce battle.........is yet to come.
Act III: Final Days?
Chapter 30-Kenshin vs. Tim Revisited:The Evil of Tim Awakened!!!
Tim: .......(still glaring coldly at Kenshin and the others)
Kaoru: (scared) Kenshin, uh.....what's wrong with him?
Kenshin: ...........I'm afraid we've lost him.
Sano: What?!
Kenshin: The Shishio inside of him has awaken. It seems he will not hesitate to kill us, that he won't.
Yahiko: But Tim is our friend! How could he?!
Saito: Hhmphhh.......if we would've known of this from the beginning, this could've all been avoided.
Kenshin: But.......now that this time has come, I have no choice. (unsheathes sword slowly) Tim.......as one of your closest friends, I have no choice but to slay you. I will reverse my blade so that it will cut you.
Tim: ...........Come.
Kenshin: ...........(charges)
(CLING)-they hold it
Tim: ..........You think you can beat me, battousai?!
Kenshin: It all comes down to believing in yourself Sir Tim, that it does.
Tim: Heh, if that's the way to go.........(pushes against Kenshin), THEN I WILL KILL YOU BY BELIEVING SO!!!!!
Kenshin: Enghhh........Huh?!
Tim: (raises sword while Kenshin is open) Heahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!
Kenshin: .........(quickly disappears and appears behind Tim then just stands there as Tim turns around)
Tim: That was a big mistake battousai! You should've killed me just now!
Kenshin: ................
Tim: (charges and swings diagonally. Kenshin jumps over it. This process goes on for about a minute till Kenshin blocks his sword when he goes for his legs) Hhmphhh.......you're pretty good. It's just what I expected from the legendary manslayer from the revolution!
Kenshin: Sir Tim..........
Tim: Let's go again! (charges) Heahhhhhhh!!!!!!
Kenshin: ......Huh? (see's that Tim isn't using the sharp side of the blade to attack at the moment) (himself) Can it be........Sir Tim is still in there?
(CLING)
Kenshin: Sir Tim, you must return! You have to fight it, that you do!
Tim: Shut up battousai, SHUT UP!!!!! (pushes against him)
Kenshin: Uunghhh.......
Kaoru: Kenshin!!!
Tim: Hhmphhh.......the wench!!
Kenshin: Huh?!
Tim: It's time to end her life! (jumps back then throws a kunai towards her)
Kaoru: Aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!
Kenshin: Miss Kaoru!!!
Sano: Aaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!! (punches the kunai out of the way of contact)
Kaoru: Ahh.....Sa........Sanosuke!
Sano: I've had enough of this! Kenshin, get him, we're running out of time! We have to hurry and help with the fire downtown!
Kenshin: Yes, I know! I'll hurry!
Tim: Hm hm hm......battousai, how sad you sound right now!
Kenshin: Huh?
Tim: You must have true feelings for this Tim, don't you?! I could tell him goodbye if you so wish!
Kenshin: No, I don't plan on it! What I plan on is getting him back to where he belongs and telling him myself how I truly feel!

Ochika: After Tim married Misao, I always accepted him as part of my family, and now that this happened, I won't hesitate to help bring back the one I know and love!!!

Kenshin: (suddenly charges while Tim is looking away) Aaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!
Tim: Ahh........!!!
(CHINK)-Kenshin stops his sword a few inches from Tim's face
Tim: (shaking) Uhh......ah....uhh....ah.....
Kenshin: Tim......listen with your heart to what I'm about to say......Your name is Tim Ouellette. You have a family that cares about you and misses your company. You are not a monster. You are a trustworthy boy with dreams of the future. Misao might be gone, but that doesn't mean you should give up on life and give in to evil.
Tim: (starting to cry) K..........
Kenshin: Tim........live on, (smiles) as the proud man you are.
Tim: ......................(drops his sword and falls to his knees) Kenshin........(cries harder) Kenshin........
Kenshin: ........(goes over to Tim and kneels on the ground to hug him) Sir Tim.......I'm glad you're back.
(Everyone smiles)
Kaoru: (smiling) Tim........
Tim: Hm hm hm hm hm!
Kenshin: Huh?
(SLASH)-Tim stabs Kenshin in the back with a kunai.
Kenshin: Uhh.........
Tim: ...........
All: Kenshin!!!!!
Kenshin: Si......r......Tim......(falls to the ground)
Tim: (slowly get's up from the ground) What a fool.....falling for a trick like that.
All: .....................
Tim: (suddenly turns towards the others with an evil smile) Now then, who's next?!

Kaoru: (crying)
Sano: (hugging) It'll be okay missy, don't worry.
Yahiko: (himself) Damn you Tim!!
Tim: So........(holds sword up in front of his face) anyone else want a piece of me?!
Yahiko: Uurghhh.......
Saito: Hhmphhh.....I'll take you on.
Anji: Huh?!
Sano: What?!
Saito: I still have a sword, don't worry. (takes a sword out of it's sheathe which is beneath his shirt on his back)
Sano: Hhmphhh......brings me back to the time I fought you.....Good luck Saito.
Saito: Thanks. (walks toward Tim)
Tim: Hajime Saito, former leader of the 3rd squad of the Shinsegumi.......this will be an honor. (extends sword)
Saito: .............
Sano: Let's hope Saito can do this. His getotsu might not be enough.
All: ...............
Tim: ..................
Saito: .............
Tim: LET'S GO!!!!! (charges)
(Saito charges)
(They both swing and the sound of them hitting echoes throughout the area. Tim swings sideways, Saito avoids it then swings down. Tim blocks it then pushes up and jumps back.)
Tim: Sword of Darkness!!!!! (does the same thing like Sword of Justice but the energy is dark)
Saito: Henghhhhhh!!!!!!!! (cuts the energy)
(Tim then does it again, but sends them out over and and over again. Saito cuts them all.)
Tim: Lucky bastard! Try avoiding THIS!!!!! (charges with sword sheathed, then he quickly goes to use the Hirameki as Saito is about to attack. As he's about to make contact, Saito quickly blocks then sends Tim up in the air. He lands hard on the ground and is knocked out.)
Yahiko: Uhh.....is he....dead?!
Saito: No.........I spared his life, for now.
Kaoru: .....................

(A dream)
Tim: (himself) Ohhh........my back.....I can't.......move......
(Someone starts walking towards Tim. He doesn't hear the person yet.)
Tim: Uhh......no, please.......I.......Kenshin, please......forgive me.......I'm sorry.......(crying)
(closer)
Tim: Huh? Is.......someone there?
(The person comes into Tim's view)
Tim: Uhh............
(It's Misao)
Tim: Mi..........Misao.......
(Misao is just standing there with a sad face, then she walks up to Tim on the ground and kneels) Note-She's not an angel. She's just like she's always been.)
Misao: (crying) Tim...........
Tim: Misao........what's wrong?
Misao: I'm sorry......for doing what I did.
Tim: Huh?
Misao: The truth is......I never really died.
Tim: ........!!!!!
Misao: The reason I told you I was giving up my life was because I was thinking if you thought so, then you would have enough strength and heart to defeat Hiroshum but now........(crying harder) you've hurt your own friends in the process.
Tim: Wait, you said hurt. Does that mean........?
Misao: (smiles a little) Yeah....you didn't kill Himura, you only wounded him.
Tim: Misao.........I'm.........I'm so glad to see you smile again.....(smiles) that I am.
Misao: Tim.......(bends down and puts her hand on Tim's wounded cheek. Tim put's his hand on top of her's and then they kiss) I'll see you later.......Tim.
Tim: Yeah......see ya.

(Everyone is chatting among themselves. Kenshin is now awake tending to his injury. Anji and Fuji went down to help out with the fire. Also, a surprise was awaiting everyone......Alex wasn't killed!!! Everyone was glad he was okay, but the thing that still bothered them was.....how was Tim going to react when he regained consciousness?)
Alex: So.........Tim did all that you just said?
Saito: Yes.....the genes of a murderer awoke within him, which were pretty much the genes of your father.
Alex: You're saying......Tim is also the reincarnation of my father?!
Saito: I'm afraid so. We've seen what Tim can fully do with that power in him.
Alex: Tim............
Tim: Oohhh.......
All: Huh?!
Tim: Uhh........you.......

Tim: (hugging her while he's crying) Kaoru, I'm sorry.......I'm so sorry.
Kaoru: It's okay Tim.......Everything is okay now.
Alex: ..........(smiles then walks over to Tim) Hey Tim.
Tim: Alex?! You.......you're alive!
Alex: You didn't think I would die that easily, did you?
Tim: Alex.........(smiles), you big lug.
(Alex smiles)
Yahiko: Hey Tim!!
Tim: Hey guys, I'm glad to see you again, that I am!
Kaoru: So Tim, ready to head home?
Tim: Yeah, but.......(looks over at Misao who is still laying on the ground) Give me a minute. (goes over to her and kneels on the ground to elevate her) Hey Misao, you awake?
Misao: ....................
Tim: Misao..........it's time to go home. Let's go.
Misao: ...................
Tim: Come on........(shakes her a little) wake up.
Misao: .......................
Tim: No.........please, don't leave me. Not now........(crying), not now. (hugs her)
Kaoru: ....................
Alex: .....................
Kenshin: ...................
Tim: You told me........you told me you were coming back. Why did you lie to me? WHY?!!?
All: ...........!!!!!
Tim: Well.........I guess it was your own reason to not........oh, forget it, what's the use? It's not like you can hear me. (lays her lightly on the ground) I guess this is goodbye then. (holds her hand and leans down to kiss her) Goodbye.....my dear angel Misao. (stands up ans slowly walks towards Kaoru) Miss Kaoru........
Kaoru: ...........
Tim: Do you mind if I walk you home to Tokyo?
Kaoru: ..........Sure Tim, anything you want.
Tim: ........(holds her hand) Let's go.
(Everyone starts walking off)
HEY TIM!!!!!
Tim: Uhh......
What's the big deal?! Are you cheating on me AGAIN?!
Tim: ...............
(Everyone starts to chuckle)
Tim: Misao.........(crying and turns around and finally smiles to see her alive and well)
Misao: Tim.........I'm sorry.
Tim: ........................(runs to her and hugs her tightly, crying as hard as ever)
Misao: ............(hugs him)
(Everyone smiles)
Tim: Oh Misao.........I'm so glad yo see you again! It's been so long! I'm sorry.......I'm sorry I didn't go with you!
Misao: It's alright Tim, it's over now. There's no need to worry about it anymore.
Tim: .........Oh, I'm so happy to see you.
Kenshin: It looks like this is a happy ending, that it is.
Yahiko: Yeah.....
(10 minutes later)
(Everyone is sitting on the ground outside the shrine chatting and happy to be together as a family again. Anji and Fuji have returned from putting out the fire and reported the status. They then joined in with the group.)
Misao: And I was like, "Whatever!!!"
(Everyone laughs)
Kaoru: Well everyone, shall we get going?
Yahiko: Yeah, let's go!
Sano: Alright!
(Everyone get's up. Misao walks up to Tim and holds his hand)
Misao: Let's go home Tim.
Tim: Yeah.......home.
(Everyone starts off till.......)
????: Hm hm hm hm hm!!!!!!
Tim: What?!
Misao: ..........!!!
????: You're a bunch of fools! You'd think I would let the Chain Gang fall that easily?!
Tim: It can't be........! (turns around) Ahhh!!!!
(Hiroshu is standing)
Kenshin: That's impossible! Hiroshu should've been killed off!
Hiroshu: What are you talking about?! I'm not Hiroshu......I'm Shishio!!!

Shishio: Hm hm hm hm hm!!! HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!
Tim: Sh.....Shishio?!
Shishio: Yes, it's me! It's been a while, hasn't it?!
Tim: I don't get it!! How are you......?!
Shishio: If you're thinking I'm "Shishio", you're wrong. I'm controlling Hiroshu's dead body from where I am right now!
Misao: Uhhh........
Tim: You sick bastard!!
Shishio: I enjoyed the show you put on by the way! That was quite fantastic! It seems you have all rights to be considered by other half, since my genes haven't fully taken your body over!
Tim: That will never happen! I've learned a lot in life and I will not throw all that away and turn into a heartless monster like you!
Misao: Tim..........
Tim: Yes, I've been picked on, I've been pushed around by other people, and yes, I've gotten angry, but.....I just won't fight it anymore! I've learned to deal with the things that are handed out to you! I'm proud of how things have turned out for me! I might've been forced into fighting with you in my first journey, but.....I'm glad I was. I met Misao.....we married each other. I also met Heather, who we took in as our daughter, and it was all because you had to kill everyone in the village, including her parents! If they were alive today, they'd think we've been taking great care of her, even though we've been seperated from each other for a while now, thanks to you! (Pause) Shishio....you probably don't care what I'm saying right now, but......I do. I have a life.....a family, friends, a wife, and I plan on keeping all that for as long as I live......that I do.
Misao: (crying) Tim.......(squeezes his hand)
Tim: (smiles) There might not be anyway of defeating you......but I will find a way someday, without giving up my own life in the process. Your reign of terror and evil will end soon Shishio, count on it!!
Shishio: That was quite a marvelous speech battousai. I'm proud of the way you've shown anger in a way in it. Your anger will be the tool into turning you into me, then we can take over this country together and kill off anyone who get's in our way!!
Tim: (glares at him) You rotten scumbug! Don't you ever think of anything else?!
Shishio: Why would I? My life intention has always been to meet my other half, and now here we are.

I then hired Gohei Hiruma to go to the Kamiya Dojo to get you to accept the fight with me! It seems you were victorious in that fight! You then left and journeyed here to fight me! Sojiro might not have been enough for you, and I wasn't either, but everytime you kill me, I become stronger! I don't know if you haven't figured that out yet or not, but I thought that I might fill you in.
(End flashbacks)
Tim: You..........!!!
Shishio: It's been a while, battousai! How about we fight?! Who knows.....this might be our last encounter....if you want it to be!
Tim: .....................(starts leaving Misao's side, then she jerks his hand. Tim slowly looks at Misao)
Misao: (crying) Tim, please! Please......don't!
Tim: ................(hugs her) Misao........this is what I was destined to do. There's no way of running from it. You must understand.
(Misao cries harder)
Tim: ...............Hey, come on. (pushes her face up so she can stare directly at him) Chin up, okay? Everything will be okay.
Misao: Tim...........
Tim: Even if I truly fall here, I want you to live on and forget about me. Find someone else to love and cherish, and lead him into the future with Heather, okay?
Misao: .............(crying)
Tim: Misao..........live on, okay?
Misao: ............(still crying)
Tim: ..........(smiles and kisses her)
(He then leaves her in silence. Misao stands there stunned as she watches Tim walk toward his possible doom. Tim stops 40 feet from Shishio.)
Shishio: So, you choose to fight, huh?
Tim: I see now.......that there is no way of going on in life unless I defeat you! My life might or might not end here today, but if it does......then I can go on to the other life realizing that I've stood up to my problems.
(Misao remains crying)
Kaoru: Tim..........
Kenshin: (himself) Sir Tim..........I don't know if you realize or not, but it's not really Shishio we're fighting here. It's him in Hiroshu's body. We're not sure if he's controlling him by being physically in his body or if he was bluffing about being somewhere else and using his mind, but one thing is certain, you must win this fight so you can go on living........that you do.
Shishio: So, you ready, battousai?
Tim: Ready.
(They both unsheathe their swords at the same time and point them down.)
Shishio: This battle will be much different from the first time and the tournament. It will be as ferious as it's ever been between us. If you lose, then I will have no choice but to get rid of you once and for all.

Shishio: It seems you are ready. Let us start then. (extends sword)

Tim: AAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (WOOSH)-did a side swipe but Shishio ducked it
Shishio: Heahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!! (WOOSH)-tried to cut Tim in the chest, but he jumped back in time
(Shishio points his sword out then tries to stab him in the chest. Tim moves to the right. Shishio does it again numerous times, but Tim avoids them all. Tim then jumps over him, flips in midair, faces Shishio while still in the air, and does the Sword of Justice. Shishio cuts the energy easily then charges towards where Tim is about to land. Tim then hurries with his landing then avoids Shishio's deadly sword attack, the Homuradama, which is a technique he uses by causing fire to appear at the tip of his sword from friction against a solid object, like the ground or a sword. Tim jumps back and little then charges for another side swipe. Shishio blocks it by extending the down by his side and blocking the attack. Shishio then see's Tim open and kicks him hard in the chin and sends him flying. Tim lands hard on the ground. Shishio stands in place laughing. We are then shown Tim trying to indure the pain with his eyes closed, then they sudden open, and we are shown that he is now the battousai. Kenshin and the others are now more worried of losing him. Tim stands and then coldly glares at Shishio with a strong urge to kill him. Tim suddenly disappears. Shishio is puzzled, then all of a sudden, Tim appears behind him with his sword raised. Shishio quickly turns and blocks it and forces Tim up. He then goes for another stab to the chest, but luckily, Tim avoids it, but he get's a little cut on his right arm. Tim is now even more pissed and he goes for his head. His sword comes so close to piercing it, but Shishio quickly avoids it and get's behind Tim to slash him in the back. Tim remains standing after it, but from what Kenshin and the others see, he could collapse at any moment. Tim clenches his teeth as hard as ever then a dark aura surrounds him. He turns towards Shishio and stares at him heavily. Shishio then flinches and remains in place, not able to move. Tim slowly walks towards him with his sword extending sideways in front of him. As he's about to arrive in front of him, Shishio quickly breaks loose of the spell and charges fiercously towards Tim with his sword raised)
Shishio: This is the end BATTOUSAI!!!!!!
All: TIM!!!!!!!!
Misao: Uhh........(lots of flashbacks of Tim appear in her head in an instant) TIM!!!!!!!!!!
Tim: Aaaaahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(CCCCCCCLLLLLIIIIINNNNNNNGGGGGGGG)
All: Uhh......!!!
Misao: No......
(What just happened is Tim used the sword to block Shishio's attack, but the force of Shishio's attack was strong enough to cut the sword in half)
Tim: Uhh...........no........
(Shishio kicks Tim down to the ground)
Misao: Tim!!!!!!!!
Tim: Ooh......
(Shishio walks towards Tim on the ground)
Shishio: So......this is how it ends, huh? Such a shame, isn't it, to have your precious woman watch you disappear right in front of her eyes. Say goodbye battousai.....for you will never see her again.
Tim: Uhh.....(looks at Misao) Mi.......sao......
Misao: (crying) Tim........
Tim: Remember what I said.....okay? Live on......live on with Heather, and never give up on what you wish to do. That's how I want you to live.
Misao: (crying) Tim........!
Tim: Misao...........farewell.
(Shishio extends his hands towards Tim on the ground then does something that makes Tim disappear into thin air!!!)
All: ............!!!!!!!
Shishio: ....................(stares at everyone) Let this be a warning to the rest of you.......If you value your lives, it would be wise to stay away from me.
(Suddenly Hiroshu's body falls to the ground.)

My name is Tim Ouellette. For the past year and a half, I've been with Kenshin and the others. My life was going great till I found out about my other half, Makoto Shishio. I went on a journey to defeat him, or so I thought. It seems he won't die unless I'm dead at the time. (smiles) But I have to admit, I'm glad I went on that journey. I wouldn't have been able to meet Yoshi, Heather, Anji, and most of all.........Misao. Me and her have had such great times together, but now.......(crying) now, we won't be able to see each other. Oh Misao......I miss you..........so much.
(Season 4)
Act I:Time of Change
Chapter 1-Home:The Terrible Truth that Awaits Tim
(Kenshin and the others are walking down to Kyoto in silence after watching their dear friend vanish. Misao is crying into Kaoru's shoulder, saying Tim over and over. After about 2 miles of walking, they arrive at the Aoiya which hasn't been destroyed by the fire. They go in. Kaoru helps Misao settle into a bed as she and the others would talk over the current situation. Kaoru waits till she falls asleep, then she quietly leaves the room.)
Kenshin: Is she sleeping now?
Kaoru: Yes, she seemed so exhausted.
Aoshi: She's been through a lot. I can't blame her.
Kaoru: Losing someone so dear just like that, it's so sad.
Alex: Where could Tim have gone?
Kenshin: It seems we don't have any clues to follow, that we don't, so we might as well ask around and look everywhere for him.
Kaoru: But, from what was going on, didn't it seem like Shishio was......transporting him somewhere? Could it be possible that......he went back home?
Yahiko: Back home?
Kenshin: To his own world.
All: .........!!!!!
Kenshin: If that is the case......then there's a chance that we won't seem him anymore.
All: ...................
(We are then shown Misao in the bedroom, crying in her sleep)
(A dream)
(Both of them are at the riverbed. Misao is hugging Tim's left arm and laying on his shoulder.)
Misao: (her eyes are closed) Tim......can I ask you something?
Tim: Sure Misao.
Misao: How was your childhood? What sort of memories do you have?
Tim: Memories............boy, I have a lot of those. Alright, let me see. Probably one of the most memorable would have to be with my grandpa. Me and him spent so much time together;walking through the woods, having lengthy discussions, and just having fun. It was all going well till he died from a heart attack at the age of 69. I was only 7 when he died. His death hurt me so much.
Misao: ...........(hugs arm a little tighter)
Tim: .........(smiles then kisses Misao on the head and lays on her shoulder too)
(Dream ends)
(We are then shown Misao crying harder saying Tim softly in her sleep.)

Tim: Ohhh........my head......uhh....Misao? Misao?! (opens his eyes) Ahh.......!!! (sits up) Wh......what the?! (he looks around and what he see's is........a TV, his PS2, his VCR, Red Wing posters, etc.) My room......my bed.......I.......I'm home. (silent for about 10 seconds) Uhh......(goes to open his door then 2 dogs run up to him, barking. They sniff him then jump up on him) Belle, Fritzi, I missed you two so much. (hugs them) Is mommy and daddy home? (walks into the living room and see's that no one is home. He walks to the front door and looks outside and see's that there's no cars) I guess they are gone. (sighs) I suppose I should eat something then. (he goes into the kitchen and makes ramen noodles. He then goes into the living room and turns the TV on. As he's switching through the channels, he see's nothing on, then he thinks about watching Kenshin. He goes into his room and looks through the selection of DVD's. He spots one called "Ice Blue Eyes", then looks at the cover. On it is a smiling Misao with kunais between her fingers. There's also Kenshin, Megumi, and Kaoru. He smiles then puts it in. He goes to the episode where Kenshin meets Misao and starts to watch it. He softly laughs as he watches Misao try to attack Kenshin. Then when the scene comes when Kenshin and Misao are being surrounded on a bridge, Tim imagines him being in Kenshin's place and fighting alongside Misao, then he drops his spoon and breaks down. After about 5 minutes of crying, the dogs start barking. Tim looks out the window and see's his mom's car coming up the driveway. He smiles and sits back down on the couch. He waits till she walks in the door.)
Mom: (walking through the door then see's that Kenshin is on and looks at the person on the couch, who she doesn't know is Tim because he's turned away) Hey, who are you?!
Tim: ............(slowly get's up then looks at his mom, tears in his eyes) Mom.........
Mom: Uhh........(drops her purse) Tim........it's you!
Tim: Mom........I've missed you!
Mom: (suddenly runs too Tim and hugs him, crying) Oh Tim, welcome home! I missed you!
Tim: Owwww!!!!!!!
Mom: Oh, what's wrong?
Tim: It's my injuries. I got them in my previous battle.
Mom: I want to know.......how did you get here anyway?
Tim: .............(flashback of what Shishio did to send him back home) I.........It was Shishio. He sent me here with some sort of magic........Misao, she must be very worried about me.
Mom: (smiles) I'm sure she is. (put's her hand on his wounded cheek)
Tim: Uhh.......(has a quick flashback of Misao doing the same thing)
Mom: You and her make a great couple, you know that right?
Tim: Yeah......we were destined to be together, that we were.
Mom: ...........You look exhausted honey, why don't you lie down?
Tim: Yeah.
Mom: Probably if you're going to be staying here, you should go finish up school.
Tim: Yeah.........I guess so.
Mom: (kisses him) Rest good. (she goes into his bedroom)
Tim: Yeah.......good night. (himself) Good night everyone. Good night......Misao.

Note:These bios include info that goes up to the end of season 3, so take Tim's age for example. He was 16 when this story started, and now he's 17.

Born: September, 1987
Story: Has always hated his life for the things he's gone through;bullies at school, his drunk father, and....just everything, till one day, all of that was taken away and he was sent to where Kenshin and the others are, in the year 1878. He became friends with them, then was rudely awakened when he was sent on a journey to face who he didn't know was his other half and/or self, Makoto Shishio. Tim won in their first match, then was surprised to see him alive again at the Tokyo Tournament. Then, a while later, Makimachi Misao, his wife, was kidnapped by Hiroshu, the "leader" of the Chain Gang, a ruthless bunch bent on taking over Japan, and by doing so, eliminating Tim is the key. Tim arrives in Kyoto and fights the most fiercous of battles ever fought in the history of Japan. At the same time fighting his enemies, and also his friends, he had to fight the Shishio within him. After everything that went on, Shishio took control of Hiroshu's dead body and then sent Tim back to his own world. His journey for justice and love continues on.......

When her father (who was the previous okashira, or leader, before Aoshi) died early, Misao was left in the care of the of the Oniwabanshuu residing in kyoto. She developed a close relationship with Okina (her equivalent of a grandpa), Hannya, and held a special place in her heart for Aoshi. When Aoshi gathered his small group of ninjas and left to fight in the revolution, Misao was devastated. She was only a young girl at the time. When she grew older, she traveled throughout Japan in search of them. It was on one of her journeys that she met Himura Kenshin. He was going to Kyoto, and she hoped that Kenshin would lead her to Aoshi. Soon enough, she met and befriended Kenshin's circle of friends, and eventually joined them in their journey to fight Shishio. Misao gets angry and insulted easily, but she's fiercely loyal and dedicated to those she cares about. Then, a few months after Shishio is defeated by Himura Kenshin, she meets Tim Ouellette, a kind-hearted 16 year old who has mysterious shown up with Kenshin and the others. She joins him on his quest to defeat Shishio. Along the way, they gain a close relationship and decide to marry upon their return to Tokyo, and so it happens. Tim slayed Shishio, not knowing that he wasn't dead, and married Misao. Up to this date, they've been married for a little over half a year and they have a 7-year-old daughter who they took under their care after finding her at a blown up village done by Shishio. After all that's happened up to now, Tim and Misao are now in seperate worlds now, wondering when they, and if, they will ever see each other again........

Act I:Times of Change
Chapter 2-Back to School urprises Await Tim
(The next morning)
(BBBBRRRIIINNGGGGG)-alarm clock
(CLICK)
Tim: Ohh.......man, I can't believe I have to go through this stuff again. (he eat's a bowl of cereal, does his bathroom stuff, get's dressed, then heads out the door. He walks down the driveway and waits for the bus. When it comes and he get's on, the kids stare and are surprised to see him after a long time. After about 50 minutes of riding it, he arrives. After he get's off, he breathes in hard then let's it out and he start's off to the entrance.)
(We are then shown these 3 boys standing in this little alleyway by the school. They are all 18 1/2 years old, a year older than Tim because they've been held back in the 12th grade once already. As Tim walks by, they notice him and smirk.)
Boy #1: Heh heh, look who's back.
Boy #2: It's our old punching bag.
Boy #3: Oh, how I SO missed him.
Boy #1: How about we give him a brusing welcome?
All: Yeah!!
(They leave the alleyway, carrying metal bats)
Boy #1: Hey, "Timmy!!"
Tim: Uhh.........(turns around) No.......
Boy #1: It's been a while, hasn't it?
Tim: Get out of here Derek, I don't want anything to do with you anymore!
Derek: Now what kind of welcome is that?

Tim: (drops his bag and goes for his sword, but.......) (himself) Dammit, I forgot I never had my sword ever since I came here! What am I going to do?!

(Misao quietly comes out of the bedroom and goes outside. She looks up at the sky and sighs. She sits down and closes her eyes.)

(BAM)-???? punches him in the face. Scott falls to the ground.)

Derek: I have to admit, you're pretty strong for the way you look, but those guy's were weaklings. (extends bat) I'm the one you should be worried about.

(Facedown for about 20 seconds)
Derek: (charging, bat raised) Aaaaahhhhhhh!!!!!!!

(BAM)-???? easily kicks Derek in the face before he has a chance to lower the bat.

(3 hours later in the nurses office)
Tim: (waking up) ...........Uhh.......oh man.....what happened? (slowly sits up in the bed and puts his hand to his head) Damn, my head hurts. (he looks around) I guess I'm in the nurse's office, but........how did I get here? (looks in the bed next to him. The person is facing the other way and is covered up all the way to the head) Looks like I'm not the only sick one. (sits on the edge of the bed and lowers his head. He sighs.)
(After about 5 minutes of silence, Tim then hears the person waking up.)
Tim: Hey, good morning. Uhh......!!!
(After the person turns around in the bed, he see's that it's........)
Tim: Mi......Misao?!
Misao: Tim!!
(They suddenly get up and hug, crying)
(2 minutes later)
Tim: Misao, I can't believe it! What are you doing here?!
Misao: I....don't know. I woke up from a nap at the Aoiya, I went outside to sit down, then.........I heard you scream.
Tim: Huh? You mean......you felt that I was in trouble?
Misao: Yeah.......I was just sitting there then......I just heard you. I felt in my heart that I had to do something, then.......I show up here in your world.
Tim: (smiles) How do you like it so far?
Misao: (softly laughs) Not bad.
Nurse: Oh Tim, you're awake!
Tim: Hi Mrs. Scott.
Nurse: It's good to see you're alright. It's been awhile.
Tim: (smiles) Yeah, it has.
Nurse: Who's this? You seem to know each other.
Tim: Oh, her name is Misao, Misao Makimachi. I met her on a trip in Japan.
Nurse: You've been in Japan?!
Tim: Yeah, I always wanted to go there.
Nurse: So, are you both boyfriend and girlfriend?
Tim: ............(smiles) Nope, we're married.
Nurse: M........married?!
Tim: Yeah.......we've been married for half a year now. We also have a daughter too.
Nurse: Wow, you've been busy. How old is she?
Tim: 7. We adopted her.
Nurse: (smiles) I should say right now that you picked a wonderful girl.
Tim: (blushes) Thanks Mrs. Scott.
(Misao softly laughs)
Mrs. Scott: You feeling okay?
Tim: It still hurts a little, but I'm fine.

Act I:Times of Change
Chapter 3-The Oniwaban Group:Misao Witnesses the Truth
Tim: (coming through the front door) Mom, I'm home!!
Mom: Tim, what are you doing here?
Tim: I got beat up by Derek and the other 2.
Mom: Uhhh.......(hugs), oh honey, I'm so sorry, I knew I shouldn't have sent you back!
Tim: Owww!!!
Mom: Oh, I'm sorry! (let's go of him)
Tim: .........(smiles) I have a surprise.
Mom: What is it?
Tim: Okay!
(Misao walks through the front door with a big smile)
Mom: M......Misao?!
Misao: Yep, it's me.
Tim: (goes too her side and holds her hand) She heard my scream with her heart, then........she just came to my aid.
Mom: You two truly are meant for each other, aren't you?
Tim: Yeah.....(looks at Misao) we are.
Misao: ..........(looks at Tim)
(They both hug)
Mom: Oh wait, let me take a picture! (runs too get her camera, then comes back) Ok you guys, could you get over here?
Tim: Okay.
(Tim and Misao move in front of a sliding door with the curtain closed.)
Mom: Do you guy's want to be hugging?
Tim: ........(smiles) Yeah, I suppose.
Misao: Okay. (smiles and put's her arms around him)
Tim: (smiles and does the same)
(FLASH)

(Aoiya)
Kaoru: Misao?! Miss Misao, where are you?!
Kenshin: (runs inside) Still not here?!
Kaoru: No, I haven't found no trace of her yet.
Kenshin: Dammit, could it be possible she disappeared too?!
Kaoru: That might be, but.......(smiles) if she did, then Tim will keep her safe.
Kenshin: Yeah, I guess you're right.

(Tim's room)
(Both Tim and Misao are watching the show. The current scene is Kenshin being bonked on the head with a wooden sword several times by Kaoru. Misao starts cracking up and falls to the floor from the bed. Tim starts laughing too, but not AS hard because, of course, Tim has seen it before.)
Mom: (coming in) Hey, what's going on in here?
Tim: We're just watching Rurouni Kenshin, that's all.
Mom: (smiles then looks at Misao on the ground who is still cracking up) Looks like she's having fun.
Tim: (smiles) Yeah.
Mom: You guy's hungry?
Tim: Sure. What do we have?
Mom: Sizzle steaks, macaroni, noodles, soup, the usual.
Misao: Oh, soup sounds good.
Tim: Yeah, it does, doesn't it? (to mom) We'll have some chicken noodle soup then.
Mom: Okay. It'll be ready in about 15 minutes. (closes door)
Misao: Your mom is so nice Tim, it just get's me thinking...........(lowers head) how it would be if my mother were still alive.
Tim: .....................
Misao: The only family I had were my parents, then they died. I became part of the Oniwaban Group family, (blushes) and met Lord Aoshi. He meant so much to me, then he left, and I went out looking for him. After a while, I met up with Himura. After arriving in Kyoto, I met up with Miss Kaoru and Yahiko. (frowns) They told me my only family died; Hannya, Shikijo, Bashimi, and Hyottoko. I was so shocked.
Tim: .................Misao?
Misao: What is it, Tim?
Tim: Do you mind if.......I show you what happened to them?
Misao: ............Okay.
(Tim puts in the DVD then set's it up to go to the scene. He pauses it.)
Tim: Misao.........I know what you're about to see will be shocking, but it's the truth. That's all you need to know.
Misao: .....................
(He presses play)
(TV)
Shikijo: Damn you!!!
Honnya: Where did you get that thing, Kanryu?!
Kanryu: You'll address me as Lord Kanryu, you low-life gorilla!!!
(BANGBANGBANG)
(Aoshi pushes Honnya out of the line of fire, getting shot in the legs in the process.)
Misao: Uhh........
Tim: ........................
Kanryu: I believe you mocked me earlier leader! You'll be the first one to go, my unfateful servant!!!
(BANGBANGBANG)
(Shikijo get's in the line of fire, getting shot several times in the back.)
Aoshi: Uhh........Shikijo.
Shikijo: Leader.......don't give me that look because it doesn't suit you at all. Thanks to me being part of the Oniwaban Group, thanks to these old muscles, I finally became useful for something. (dies)
Aoshi: Shikijo...........
Misao: Uhhh.........
Kanryu: So, who want's to be next, huh?!
Hyottoko: (charging towards Kanryu) You're the one who's going to die!!
(BANGBANGBANG)
Aoshi: Hyottoko!!!
(As Hyottoko falls to the ground, he grins. Kanryu wonders why, then he see's Bashimi is on his back. He jumps in the air, about ready to shoot a poison needle at him. Kanryu aims the gatling gun towards him and shoots before he does. The needle get's stuck in the bullets.)
Misao: That bastard.......how could he.......(starts crying)?
Tim: ..........................
(Then they're shown Honnya getting killed. He is shot several times.)
Misao: (breaks down crying)
Tim: ..................(himself) I know it's hard Misao. I'm sorry........(closes his eyes) I shouldn't have shown you. (opens his eyes and extends his hand towards Misao) Misao?
Misao: .........(looks at Tim with a teary face)
Tim: ..................
Misao: Tim..........(grabs his hand and goes up on the bed with Tim, crying into him heavily as Tim hugs her)

(Somewhere in Japan)
Man: Sir?
Shishio: What is it?
Man: The city of Shimabara is open for attack.
Shishio: (smiles) Excellent. It seems like my reign of terror won't be stopped this time.........since my annoying other half is out of the way. (evil laughter that goes on for about 20 seconds)

Act I: Times of Change
Chapter 4-Trust:The True Nature of Tim Ouellette
(The next day)-9:00AM
Tim: .........(waking up) Ohh man, that felt good. (looks at the floor and smiles) She's still sleeping. I'll just let her be. (get's out of bed and goes out to the living room and turns the TV on. He turns to the Channel 9 News and catches a glimpse of Derek on a news report that was about what he did to him. Then his mom comes in and tells her about it.)
Mom: So, what are you going to do?
Tim: I'm going to go talk to him, that I will.
Mom: ........Are you sure about this?
Tim: I know what I'm doing.....Trust me.
Mom: (smiles) Okay Tim. You've grown up a lot. You are now a true man.
Tim: (smiles) I thought the same thing after I married Misao.
Mom: .........Oh, she's awake.
Tim: Hmm? (looks behind him and smiles) Good morning Misao.
Misao: Good morning Tim.
(Misao walks up to him and kisses him. Tim's mom smiles afterwards.)
Tim: Anyhow, I think I'll go now, that I will.
Misao: Go where?
Tim: You remember that boy you beat up to save me? He's in prison now.
Misao: So, what's that have to do about where you want to go?
Tim: I'm going to go have a talk with him.
Misao: Why?
Tim: Don't worry Misao. I know what I'm doing, so trust me on this one.......(smiles) okay?
Misao: ........(smiles) Okay Tim.
(They go out to the car. Misao stands by the passenger side with a confused face. Tim softly laughs then goes to help Misao get in. Then he get's in and starts the car. Misao suddenly jumps out of the seat and hits her head on the roof of the car. Tim cracks up, then Misao suddenly bonks him on the head. Tim then drives away.)

(City prison)
Tim: Excuse me?
Man: Yes, sir?
Tim: Could I see Derek please?
Man: Oh......are you a relative?
Tim: No.........just a close friend.
Man: Alright then, follow me.
(The man leads him to the cafeteria. They enter.)
Man: (points across the room) He's over there.
Tim: Thank you.
(As Tim walks across the room with Misao, they are wondering why he's there and why Misao is wearing a ninja uniform. They, of course, don't know that she is from Japan and such.)
Derek: (looks up from his breakfast then get's up and faces Tim) What the hell do you want?!
(BAM)-Tim punches Derek hard in the face.
Derek: (on the ground) You bastard!!!
(People start charging Tim to try and restrain him)
Tim: Stay where you are!!!
All: .........................
Misao: Uhh.........
Tim: I should be the one saying that Derek, for everything you put me through!
Derek: Oh, give it up Tim! I'm in jail now, so just leave me alone!!
Tim: But......I've come to get you out.
Derek: What the hell are you talking about?!
Tim: Think of everything I've been through, including what you've done. Does it seem fair?
Derek: How the hell am I supposed to know?!
Tim: You know.......about dad, and how he used to beat me when he was drunk. You've been the same situation......haven't you?
Derek: Uhh...........
Tim: I know people like you, and how your life is such a living hell, you feel you should make someone else feel the same way. I've felt enough of it since I've been in Japan for my own personal reasons, and also before, with my dad. After he yelled at me one night half a year ago, all of my troubles were taken away from me when I went to Japan and enjoyed times of peace there, but......
Derek: What?
Tim: ..........Oh, I'll tell you later. (reaches hand out) For now, let us leave.
Derek: But.......do you even have any money to get me out?
Tim: Don't worry. I have everything taken care of.
Derek: .....................
Tim: (smiles) ...................
Derek: ............(smiles) Alright then. Thanks.......Tim. (grabs Tim's hand)
Derek: So, who's that girl that's with you? She seems very reliable with you.
Tim: Misao?
(Misao walks up next to Tim)
Tim: This is Misao Makimachi. I met her on my trip to Japan. She's a ninja.
Derek: So that's why I got my ass beat by her, huh?
Tim: (softly laughs) Yep.
Derek: She's beautiful Tim.
Tim: (blushes) Thanks Derek, I know you mean well.
(Misao softly laughs)
Derek: So, are you two boyfriend and girlfriend?
Tim: Actually........we're married.
Derek: What?! Are you serious?!
Tim: Yeah, really.
Derek: But you're too young to marry still. You're only 17.
Tim: We got married in Japan, that we did.
Derek: ..........(smiles) I don't know why Tim, but I never saw you as a great guy before. I'm sorry for everything I've done to you. (extends hand)
Tim: ............(smiles, then shakes his hand) Thank you.......friend.
Derek: Friend.......(smiles) Thanks Tim, that really means a lot to me.
Tim: No problem Derek. That's the kind of person I am.
Misao: (smiles, then to herself) Tim...........(hugs him)
Next time:Tim and Misao tell Derek everything about what is going on, and what is to come. Then suddenly, they get a message somehow that Shishio is starting a major battle in Japan. If this is true, then how will they return and stop him once and for all?! Stay tuned for......

I've been searching for far too long. I've concluded that I need help. I need either a midi or an mp3 file of the theme song to the movie Darkside Blues. The theme song has two possible names in which i have discovered: AP Blues Ballad and Darkside Blues. I would greatly appreciate any assistance rendered.
