Yeah but he has the body of a 12 year old. Bond actors usually have a decent physique at the least.

yeah, but problem is that he doesn't want to... and he's right, when you once get the role you'll forever be bond.

he then won't be remembered as alexander but as bond, and he's too young for that

True, he is too young to settle down and be Bond for the rest of his life.

Although I think Bana should have taken the offer since he wouldn't be completely grounded to the Bond movies since he still has the Hulk franchise.

Pierce recapped it perfectly once, but I don't remember where he said it. He said that you have to give your full self for 10 years, 12 years or even longer so you will forever be remembered as Bond.
Sean Connery is still being seen as Bond and so is Sir Moore; I hope that I will be remembered for other movies too.

but I thought that Bana just said no without any real offer being made to him?

I lost the link by now, but he said somewhere that he didn't want to be treated just as you mentioned above.

btw, I'll find the link later and post it.

Either way I would have taken the role if I knew I still had another franchise that could still spring about 2 more films.

and no matter what, TFP; I would have taken it anytime even if I would never get in a movie again

Naw, it made back the money it spent. Well whatever happened they are in pre-production as we speak.

True, I would too. It would be an honor just to play such a legendary role like that.

pre? wow, didn't knew that, how many will they do then in totally?

yeah, not to mention what fun things you can do: stuntwork, cars, gadgets, to a certain extend the women, and barely lost of dialogue to learn wink

Well they will release the 2nd film, but if it bombs then don't expect a third. Any domestic profit that passes up the budget a bit for the 2nd will probably warrant a 3rd.

Women, gadgets, stunts, expensive cars, and little dialogue. Every man's wish.
